I wanted a 21st birthday cake for my daughter so they put a 21 in the freeze dried raspberries on the red velvet cake . It looked great. Prompt response to my questions, very helpful when I picked up the cake. And the cake was delicious. Excellent all round . Thank you .

I ordered gluten and dairy free cake for my husbands birthday party. I had guests over that are gluten and dairy intolerant. On the day of delivery I received a message that my cake was dispatched and will be between 9-3 pm. It was nearly 3 pm, I was waiting all day at home and cake never arrived. When I called I was told there has been a mistake and cake was never made and said sorry, that's it. Not enough..

I ordered one of your cakes to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. It was perfect in every way - 10/10. I only came across you via google and ordered one of your speciality birthday cakes with macarons on the top. Why Jack & Beyond? I looked at many websites but opted for this company as the cake looked appealing with not too much decoration. i didn't want anything overly sweet or difficult to slice. The lemon & elderflower had a perfect sweetness. Would highly recommend.
