Shipping was pretty quick,product was ok,was definately a little smaller than expected,fit very tight and couldnt slide all the way on,was uncomfortable at first,was a little better after a couple uses but not much.

If I could give Jack & Jill 0 stars, I would. I purchased many items from your store and online but your lack of a return policy sucks. I paid $46 for a pair of heels that I can't wear and you wouldn't even exchange them let alone give me a refund. I will not recommend J&J to anyone after calling and getting poor customer service.

Hi Bob, our apologies. In the past year, many shipping carriers try to move packages along as fast as possible and a result of this is non-scanning of packages from city to city. This results in a lack of tracking and then BOOM, the item arrives.
