Metí 50 euros por una promoción y gane 70 e hice wagger x1 como ponía en las condiciones, hablé con soporte y me dijieron que ya lo había cumplido todo,me dijieron que no hacía falta hacer kyc y que era anónimo pero en el momento de retirar tenía que demostrar mi identidad con mi DNI. Intenté 10 veces la verificación y no me iba hasta que hablé con soporte y después de 2 horas puede hacer el kyc. Volví a intentar retirar mi dinero y me rebaron 34 euros, hablé con soporte para aclararlo y me dijo que si no se hacía wagger para retirar había que descontar el 20%(metí 50 y me quitaron 34). Les dije que ya había hecho wagger y les mandé las pruebas y me bloquearon la cuenta. Este casino es una estafa y el soporte da asco

No le dejaron retirar el depósito a un amigo después de hacer wagger x1, hablando con soporte e insistiendo bastante le dejaron pero le quitaron un 60%. Son unos estafadores y se aprovechan de la gente. Me pasó algo parecido hace tiempo.
