Terrible customer service. They sent me a gift card in the mail to use with an expiration date of 12/24. No where on the gift card or letter does it say it cannot be used with other offers. Went onto their website to place an order, and the gift card wouldn't work. Reached out through their chat feature and the person I talked to was short, rude and uninformative. They told me since they are already running a 20% off promo, I could not use my gift card. What kind of business does not allow you to use a gift card when something is on sale? It is not a coupon, and the word coupon is nowhere on the letter or gift card. I would recommend going elsewhere for your holiday gifting needs.

I ordered a three-month subscription at the beginning of December for my mother. Today is 2/25 and she has only received one shipment. When I contacted the merchant regarding the missing month I was only given copy paste information regarding terms and conditions. I replied and was given the same information three times. Today I requested a refund.

This is my first—AND LAST order with jackieschocolate.com I placed an order for chocolates on February 4th for arrival by Valentine’s Day. The holiday is over and they haven’t arrived. I haven’t even received a shipping acknowledgment from them.

What’s worse, I messaged them last week on the 10th when I hadn’t received any acknowledgment from them and got a very basic “good news, it’s shipping soon” email. They didn’t provide any real information, just patronizing words.

Go with another chocolatier. These people waste your time and money.

Seriously - try out their chocolate....soooo good! Only get 4 stars because shipping is terribly slow and you really have to plan ahead if you're buying a present. But if it's just for personal use the wait is totally worth it!
