We used Jacksons Law to do all the conveyancing when we recently sold our home and to purchase our new property. Service was outstanding. Ramsha handled the sale of our former property, whilst Stephanie handled the purchase of our new home. We had brilliant communications through email, never having to wait too long for any replies; we knew exactly at what point, the sale/purchase of the properties were at. Really efficient service. Highly recommended!

They were dealing with my divorce,then with only two weeks notice they said they where no longer dealing with family law and I had to find an alternative solicitor.
Would never trust them again as you a treated as an after thought.

I’m not sure about the star rating as I'm not sure which law firm I’m dealing with now after putting my home and assets in trust and making a will with Trust family associates that went into liquidation around 12 months after my business started with them and I’ve already written a review on Trustpilot about this topic and a lot of worrying and casing them around phone calls here and there trying to find out what I’d paid 4k for my property and assets and a written Will in June 2024 I eventually found out a year later that Jackson Quail Law had taken over only because I was chasing up after finding out that Trust family associate and gone bust just through trying to find out the delay of documents was the only reason I found out and was given a number to ring from some kind of call centre a man on the phone that was wrapping the liquidation up to find out Jackson Quail law had now taken over my business…. No one let me know it’s through my sheer investigations of my own I found out. Now today I see on tv to be careful about taking trust planning and estates and property and wills out and that some firms are not what they seem prompted me to check this morning on this website and now I cannot find Jackson Quail Law who as supposed to have taken my business over?…..I’m going to spend more of my precious time on my one day a week from work chasing yet again who actually as my documents and assets who I’m actually dealing with and I think I need to look hard and decide if I can trust anyone with my business and withdraw my business and get my documents, deeds etc back because I’m now suspicious of them all and can’t trust anyone with my valuable assets that is supposed to be for my kids and grandkids when I’m gone ….today I’m going to deal with this once and for all because one company went bust when another company took over and I wasn’t even informed only through me trying to case documents up did I find out and the new company didn’t even send me a letter to inform me I was under them to which I rang them when I found out about the liquidation and today I can’t even find the new company on here I will be giving serious thought on what I’m going to do next and get legal advice not happy one bit through lack of communication and not letting me know ie if they can not contact ring me due to practically living at work why do they not email or send me letters out to advise me Where I am put my mind at rest about my assets and keep me in the loop?….And where is Jacksons Quail law gone now?

Chose Jacksons for the sale of my deceased sister's home. They were so very helpful from start to finish. We use Jacksons Law for a sale and a purchase, they were superb throughout. We were travelling as there were 4 months before purchase made , but they kept in touch throughout to ease any worries or concerns we had. Through out my divorce witch is still ongoing I have had about 5 different solicitors as keeps getting past about.. in the 5 only 1 of them made a effort and I could not praise Katy moody enough..
I get told what is happening by my son as his dad tells him what his solicitors say.... I was given terrible advice in beginning what led to falling into alot of debt untill a mediator stepped in. I here by my son financial agreement been accepted by judge money with ex solicitors but still no word from my solicitor to say so.....

I instructed Jacksons to complete a private sale of my husbands house as he has had to go into full time care. I was given Amy Kay as my contact.Its very difficult to get through to her on the phone. No-one answers. I wasnt informed that the sale had been completed. It was left to the buyer to tell me.When I did manage to get to speak to Amy to complain about this very shoddy treatment, she told me that she wasnt the "fee earner" and would pass on my concerns. She said that "several calls " had been made to try to contact me. This is a lie. There is only 1 missed call on my phone, which I returned immediately. No-one there could find out who had tried to call me. That was over 2 weeks ago. I still havent been told how much I have been charged and how much has been put into our bank.As you can imagine it is a very stressful time for us and this treatment of a fee paying client is disgraceful. I would think very carefully about using this company.
