An amazing service! Answering emails and calling at all type of hours which really help around working hours and helps massively to put minds at ease! This is now the forth time I have used this company to move and the service has never dropped! I'm sure I'll be back again!

We purchased our home on 22 August 2025, and Jackie Farrow was our mortgage advisor throughout the entire process. Jackie is exceptionally knowledgeable, and from start to finish she guided us through every major decision with patience and clarity. The team at Jafin were fantastic, I could not have asked for more. I was kept up to date with regular phone calls, emails and the process was made personable, friendly and quicker than I imagined. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

We went through the process of buying our first house and used Amy as a mortgage broker. Honestly we wouldn't have been able to do it without her as it was all a bit of a minefield for us as was not sure where to start. We had some stumbling blocks but Amy made the whole process so easy. The service was excellent and without a doubt would definitely turn to Amy again for her expertise and knowledge.
