1 star se kam hota to wo deti isko unfortunately ye option hi nahi he , mujhe aj hi receive hua mera kurta set trust me guy's itni ghatiya quality he road side wale bhi is se ache kapde dete he , 1100 ki kurta set he or jo receive hua he uske me 300 bhi na du itni bekar quality he , upar se koi refund ya exchange ka option nahi he jab ke inki website me 3 days easy return option he please don't fall into there trap koi refund nahi he available or jesa image me show hua he wesa to kuch he hi nahi kurte me pathetic

I have ordered 6 pcs of kurti sets
They get order from us and send messages as it's booked and ready to despatch and all and hence I doubted and opted for COD and later found out that they never carried away the order itself and tried to call the contact number numerous times and he was purposefully disconnecting the call
Hence I thought I saved my money and shocked to see reviews later on

Horrible service!!!! Pls dont buy anything from here. I am trapped..i purchased a kurta set and found it to be of poor quality and tried every way to return it. No one is responding and now they say that it is not ordered from them etc. Such frauds!!!!

I received a kurti-set that is completely different from the one I ordered, fabric material is so thin as to what they portray. Their email too failed to send feedback. I will not buy again.

Absolutely fraud! I unfortunately first time order buying a kurta set. The colour of kurta set very dull as compare to shown at time order there is tag on order The contact number is switched off, no one responds on email. Now my money is stuck & there’s no response. Do not buy from them.

Material used is of the lowest quality,. For returns no one picks up the phone.. And suit shown in the pic and the one sent is of diffent color - color shades shown are khaki beige and the one sent is orange peach - and then no one picks up the phone - plus they want pickup charges.. this is fraud. and cheating customers.

I would give a negative review if possible. They just have a website, no customer service and cheap clothes, size is wrong and the color too. If they dont want to work on their business... why bother having one. Lazy.

The actual product is cheap quality with terrible embroidery. It does not match the images. Fake product images are put up on the website.

Absolutely fraud! I unfortunately ended up buying a kurta set. Cheap material, size nothing as mentioned, color very different than shown. The contact number is switched off, no one responds on email. Now my money is stuck & there’s no response. Do not buy from them. There’s another one called Jaipur kurti which is also the same.

I have ordered for two kurta sets online from Jaipur kurta.com for the first time. The material is really really bad. Fitting is awful. I have ordered the same size I always buy but there fittings is just bad. It’s tight from the shoulder so it’s very uncomfortable and not wearable at all. Then I have asked for a return pickup for which they are going to charge some money (which is very random compared to other sellers online). I have agreed to that also but after that they are not responding to my mails and there phone number which is provided is ‘a non existing’ number. Such a bad experience. I wish I had read their reviews before i went to purchase.

cheap quality you literally couldn't tell it is the same kurta from the picture .It mentioned that the fabric is cotton but the one I received was clearly cheap nylon hardly deserving Rs.300. It said I will receive updates later but I received none and suddenly a man gave the parcel asking to pay fast and when we opened it, looks worse even the design doesn't match. Afterwards when I wished to return it they showed no purchase history or any option to return it .

Worst clothing website.The products shown is different from delivered items.you cannot contact customer care through mail or mobile.Mostly it's a scam sending you used very chep dresses.

The worst experience… a total cheat .. absolutely low quality kurtas .. you could get better stuff from the street vendors. Their contact number or email are all invalid can’t even return. Please it’s a total fraud site .. kindly don’t fall prey to it .

I had a very disappointing experience with jaipurkurta.com.

I ordered a kurthi, but what I received was completely different from what was shown on the website, and the quality was extremely poor. This is not just a minor issue—it feels misleading and unprofessional.

I immediately raised a return request and followed up with multiple emails, but there has been no response at all. To make matters worse, the contact number provided on the website is not working, which raises serious concerns about their customer support and credibility.

I strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this website. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from them.

I have ordered 2 xl dress they delivered m size dress.thirr phone number not reaching aned e mail no response for exchange

I placed my orders on 15th March 2026 against COD. 
I have received my order JK99060 on 22nd March 2026 and have already paid the courier Rs.1300.00.
You have mentioned in the order status that:
'This order has a pending payment. The balance will be updated when payment is received.'
I have no pending payment regarding my earlier consignment as it was not delivered to me at all.  
All my payments are COD. So only when I get the delivery of my order, can I make the payment. 
Now sorry to say that till date I have not received my order no.JK99062 which I placed on 15th March 2026 alongwith my order JK99060.  I received order no.JK99060 but not received order JK99062.
Very sad to say that either i do not get my orders delivered to me or not in time.  I cannot stay home the whole day/ week waiting for your orders to be delivered to me.
So please note that there is no payment pending against me.  Whatever I have received I hv made the payment when the order was delivered to me.
I am still waiting for my order please ask them to call me as when when they deliver to me.

I think atleast they should have a courtesy to reply to e-mails.Also,if they are selling products online they should have clear and easy exchange policy..also, they should improve the quality of their products
