I have purchased James Cromwell swimwear for many years. The quality is really good and the swimming shorts look and feel much more expensive than they actually cost. The colours have not faded on any of the older swim shorts despite repeated use especially in hotel swimming pools. The designs and colours are modern and funky and regularly attract favourable comments when I am abroad. I thoroughly recommend James Cromwell swimming shorts,

Above and beyond the call of duty!
After given only 1 x •, have now changed my review. Seems Royal Mail were the problem - and my order seemed to get completely lost in there system. Thanks to Nick at James Cromwell, my order was sent off again - by 24 hour delivery - and I now have my swimming shorts in time for my flight to the Canaries on 2 days time.

Amazing Customer Service! Totally recommend!
I ordered some swimming trunks on my phone, whilst doing 101 other things and ordered the wrong size. This was about 8 pm. At 10 pm or I realized my mistake and contacted customer services asking for the size to be changed before the goods were sent, but expecting nothing to happen. Instead of the seven circles of customer service hell, asking me to wait for delivery, send back and reorder, Nick from James Cromwell emailed me that evening, yes, after 10 pm and swapped my order over that night. Absolutely incredible. They have gained a long term customer! Many thanks Nick

What a great company and fantastic quality clothes. I ordered a size too large on swim trunks and it was extremely easy to exchange them and the new ones are a perfect fit and very comfortable.
I also forgot to add the intro discount code when I ordered - but no problem, I emailed them and they refunded me the 10% straight away.
What brilliant service.
