Delivery of the product wasn't great
Delivery of the product wasn't great. The box for the bottle was ripped & the courier left the bottle on my doorstep. I was in the house when it was delivered but they didn't use the doorbell & by the time I opened the door, it was soaked. Aside from that, if someone had of passed by, it was an easy package to steal.

As always- shopping with James J Fox was a simple and smooth experience.
I would like to make some observations though. Nearly everything was sold out and the selection of pipe tobacco was a bit disappointing. As a customer for many years I hope pipe smokers aren’t going to be overlooked.
