Recently had James & Aaron support with moving all our things into storage and honestly couldn't fault them. They were so efficient, super thorough - I hardly lifted a finger. Also Emma was a dream with really clear easy comms throughout the whole process, managing multiple date changes and inventory amends - really fantastic team effort. Highly recommend.

Chris and Aaran were patient and courteous and more importantly got the job done… thanks guys!

I hired 2 containers 2 years ago when I had to move out of my flat and stay with a friend for a year. After moving into my own place, they delivered the contents of one container and then spent a week looking for the other one! When they delivered the contents of the 2nd, a mirror was damaged and they did nothing to compensate me. After unpacking everything, I discovered that loads of items were missing including kettle, crockery, computer hard drives, an air purifier, a fan, and half of my kitchen table. These have all been replaced now but what a disgrace!!!

Professional, good value, good communication, quick and on time. Very happy to recommend JamVans to others!

I wanted to write in and thank Michael W and Louise for all their wonderful service last week. Their loading from the pickup location was efficient while being careful. I had some hiccups to say the least and they were wonderful at the other end and even bless them comforted me when I cried. Two people who are an absolute asset to the company and I would both not hesitate to use and recommend JamVans again but would specifically ask if these two were available. I had used JamVans storage last year as well so twice I’ve had fantastic service from them. 10/10.

Update: since my below post, I was contacted by the managing director and he was extremely apologetic and has now resolved the issue with me immediately so that I have been appropriately compensated for my items and also sent me some flowers as an additional gesture. I was very happy with the service prior to my items being delivered broken so I have amended my review to 4 stars as I am now satisfied with the resolution and genuinely believe that they did intend to provide a good service and there will be improvements within their teams to ensure that a similar experience will not occur to another customer.

After using their storage service for a couple of months, I got my items delivered back to me ruined. Some belongings smashed, others broken/ripped, one item slashed and many covered in scratches. They initially responded to my email about resolving this and have since gone quiet. I have given them a month since my first email they ignored, and wrote them a follow up since and they have not responded.

Nice guys, very helpful and willing to try helping sort everything out. Would definitely recommend.

Martin and Rob were extremely kind and helpful! They even offered me tea and water while I was waiting for my delivery driver. I highly recommend their service and will use it again !

I would be happy to recommend Jam Vans to anyone based on my experience last week. Alex and Jordan were in charge of the van and Jake kept me informed of planned ETA, etc. The goods were well packed, boxed and then loaded into the van. They were taking things to two different locations and I am happy to say that everything was delivered to the right destination!
All was well organised, the staff very courteous and competent. So, thank you!

Micheal and Rio who did my move were really amazing. They had a great attitude and made the whole move feel seamless. Michael made the complete breakdown and rebuild of my bed look simple - even when it really wasn’t and they both honestly made sure the whole day wasn’t as stressful as the lead up had been. Their positive demeanours all day and ‘can do’ ‘nothing is a problem’ attitude really did go above and beyond and means I would be sure to recommend Jamvans to others making a move. Thanks to Sue who’s many calls in advance got me through this too - as I had some complications with my completion date and she was amazing throughout.

I got my boxes and furniture and the peocess was extremely efficient and smooth. I was advised 30min before the crew arrived and in about one hour all the items were moved in my place, including disassembling some items which did not fit through the door. Thank you!

Wow where do I start. An exceptionally last minute move in the middle of an extremely busy work period. I was panicking wondering how I was going to manage everything. Rute was amazing before the moving in helping organise the booking and put me completely at ease. On the day Michael & Louise showed and I cannot explain how quickly and effectively they worked. They went above and beyond, packed down boxes as well as took apart clunky furniture, even taking my front door off in an attempt to get a very large sofa out. They had sense of humour and were just so sweet and hardworking. Not to mention value of money is incredible! As I was in such rush and hadn’t properly sorted through stuff, they even said they can dispose of items straight from storage. Don’t even have to see it again. Such a big worry off my mind. Endless thank yous!

My entire bed sits items got collected for storage on Friday 6Dec - Harvey and Rio were amazing. They explained their reasoning for different things, they were fast but still carefull with my stuff, and even when I was feeling overwhelmed with all the decisions I had to make, they were clear and pragmatic in explaining how and why etc and what I should consider. I was alone that week sorting everything out, but once we finished, I felt so so so grateful that I outsourced the heavy lifting because what ended up happening eas that they more than just lift heavy things, they “helped me move” … which sounds like the same thing but it isn’t. My litmus test for service is the feeling I have about the money I spent AFTER I’ve received the service, and in this case I felt that every single penny was worth it. (Bearing in mind I chose jamvans becUse the price was the lowest one out of all the companies I called 😅, so extra double win)

BRILLIANT team and excellent job. We are so thrilled with how everything went. We would recommend Cane Louise and Alex to anyone.

I've used Jamvans twice and the team are efficient and professional. No problems with any of the items I had given them for storage. Their customer service is good with prompt responses and I will continue to use them for storage whenever I need.
