Great service in sorting out a delivery issue. Issue effectively dealt with and it was reassuring to be able to talk to someone within 30 seconds of contacting them on two separate occasions. As we all know this isn't always the case!

Terribly slow delivery. The estimated delivery times for wallpaper that are shown on their website are false, particularly if the recipient is in the US. Instead of 2-4 business days, I'm still waiting for my wallpaper 10 days later. The US customer service number is also not staffed, so the only way to reach the company is through email.

I was really disappointed with my experience. The rug itself is nice, but it arrived badly packaged (an open plastic bag and nothing else) and had visible dirty marks on the back as a result. I emailed the company twice with photos, but I’ve had no reply. For the cost, I expected better care in packaging and a response from customer service. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend based on this experience.

Absolutely first class service with great choice, value and communication re delivery schedules. A bargain in the outlet as well. Highly recommended.

Ordered 3 rolls of wallpaper on Sunday 5 October. The following day I got an email to say lots of their wallpaper was reduced in the sale. I checked and mine was included.I checked my order and it hadn't been dispatched. So, I reordered at the cheaper price and emailed them to advise I wished to cancel the order as I had re-ordered. This email was sent on Tuesday 7 October.
Unfortunately, they either didn't open or respond to this email until Thursday 9 October and they said they had already sent it.
Rather than cancelling the new order and refunding the difference as a gesture of goodwill, they have made me spend £7.05 to return the second order. This was not an easy process either as we sent emails backwards and forwards and I felt like I was getting nowhere.
Woul I recommend them? No, I most certaily would not as the whole experience was a 'jobsworth', one.

Lovely fabric at a great price. Colour was accurately represented and.dispatch, receipt and communication were excellent.

Wallpaper was awful quality even though it’s Morris & co, for the price I was shocked. My decorator couldn’t work with it as it was just so thin.

Trying to return the rest of the rolls is becoming quite difficult!!

Find a wallpaper website that has a better returns system just in case.

Excellent service from Jane Clayton and Co, the fabric was cheaper than John Lewis and Sandersons, a real bargain. It was delivered the next day, beautiful packaged. The samples I ordered came the following day quicker than I was told. I will most definitely be using them again.
The only slight let down was by UPS who delivered prior to the slot they told me.

I wanted to receive some samples of "FARROW & BALL" wall paper patterns to show to a customer.
I live in Denmark, and the dealers in my country could not help me. I contacted Jane Clayton & co.
I entered their very easy and a flexible ordering system they have on the web, and after a day the samples were on their way to me in Denmark.

The products I ordered arrived quickly and the samples have given me a good idea of colours. Thank you for a prompt service.

I bought 5 rolls of Sanderson wallpaper + the recommended paste. They didn’t have the paste in stock and after some back and forth sent me an alternative but it didn’t arrive in time for my decorator to do the job (despite my specifying when that was) so I had to go out and get some that morning.

Then there was a load more back and forth about sending the replacement paste back which they eventually agreed to cover postage for.

Finally we weren’t able to finish the wallpapering within the specified 30 days return period (some prep work took longer than expected and we’re waiting for decorator to be available again) so we won’t be able to send back the excess. It’s quite pricey wallpaper so expect to be about £140 out of pocket.

To be safe I’d recommend buying from somewhere with a longer return period to avoid this risk.
