I have messaged this company on eBay, directly and tried ringing for 3 days solid. No responses or replies.

Steven was very helpful in our purchase of a Toyota Alphard. He replied quickly and thoroughly to initial messages. Set up a viewing, came and picked me up from the boat and drove me to his office. He gave a very informative tour of the vehicle and allowed me to take it for a test drive. He was very laid back and not in any way pushy. He had a very helpful approach, and offered to show me other vehicles he had available as he wanted to make sure we got the right one for us. He has given me advice for upgrading the stereo myself (he did offer to do the work for us but our budget didn't allow this). He followed up with us for a few weeks after purchase to ensure we were happy with everything. He has gone above and beyond for us and has been an absolute pleasure to do business with. I recently purchased a Toyota Vellfire from Steven. From my initial contact to the delivery of my vehicle was faultless! Very helpful!
He fitted an Android unit for me too.
Something else which was encouraging was a phone call to me regarding my 3 month standard warranty to say it was up and running. I've never had that before!

First made contact with Steven is Auto Trader web site enquiring about a Honda Stepwagon, received a prompt reply. Arranged a time and place to view vehicle,Steven has a no pressure approach and is very informative with Japanese vehicles.All aspects of the vehicle I intend to purchase fully in detail explained.price agreed an additional work including speedometer conversion and English Radio included.Steven picked us up from the railway station and proceeded to give us a very informative introduction to our new vehicle,Steve goes above and beyond even after the safe to ensure you are satisfied.I highly recommend Steven, so if you are looking for a vehicle give him first priority

I cannot recommend Steven enough! We started looking for our new car back in January and after looking at a few other details, came across Steven. From the very beginning his communication was second to none. His knowledge exceptional. We had a different car in mind but with his expertise, made us realise that the Stepwagon was the car for us. We will now not be going anywhere else for a car in the future.

Bought a Honda Stepwagon 2013 in black from Stephen back in September. No point in leaving a review after 24hrs due to still being 'in love' with a new purchase! So here we go...
This was a first rate transaction from start to finish, plenty of information, and the vehicle was (still is) in 1st class condition. Nothing was too much trouble to get sorted, communication was efficient and always rang back should I need to leave a message. This was the 3rd dealer I had visited and will be returning should a further vehicle be required - wife now wants one too!!

Where to start, I bought a Subaru Exiga and was new to imports and as anyone would be I was nervous. I was met with a very friendly, honest and patient man who made every effort to answer all of my questions. Lots of time was taken to view the car, explain features and quirks of Japanese cars. The test drive was good and no over bearing nature about testing or how to drive the car. If I had to give a single word to my experience with buying this car it would be honesty. I'm a simple man, I speak my mind and I feel that from the owner. No games, no salesmanship. The cars speak for them selves. It's been months since I bought the car and have waited to post this review but my feeling at the time was right, this is a dealer that can be trusted.

Had a great experience buying our new Honda Stepwagon from SBT. We had plenty of time to see and drive the vehicle before we bought and were able to get the speedo/ in car entertainment all changed to UK and English which not everyone offers.
I'd highly recommend them as a trusty seller.

For a change (after many bad experiences) I found a good trustworthy car dealer Steven, he was very straightforward with anything that might need doing on the car. After a hand shake and no deposit Steven went on to get a MOT even when it still had 4 months left on it and paid out over three hundred pounds for two new wheels and did not put the price up, even when he had lots of calls for the car he could of ask for more, a man of his word and a hand shake. After driving the car for two weeks I am delighted with the car. I would not hesitate to recommend him and I would buy again from him without any worries. MM

Stephen couldn't have been more helpful. he was happy to answer any question no matter how daft it may seem and spent a long time walking us through the car and a proper test drive. There was no pressure to buy just a pleasant way to buy a car. I would recommend Stephen @japanauotos to anyone.
