Japebo posted the items quickly and efficiently. Delivery took a week as the parcel was held a few days on the continent before being passed to Royal Mail.

I’m only creating a review because your response times seem better on here than to emails or case numbers and I can’t find a phone number to call you.
Order placed Thursday 11th December and still shows “in processing”. I have ordered for a Royal Mail delivery but with Christmas approaching fast it’s not looking likely that I will receive the order.
Can you look into what’s happening?
Happy to review the rating once resolved but this is my first order so somewhat anxious.
The supplier has since called and explained stock won’t be available until 19/01/2026. The web site still showing “in stock”.

I have Specsavers Advance branded hearing aids. These are rebranded Connexx, a Danish make. Japebo stocks accessories for them and delivery is fast and cheap.

WARNING THIS COMPANY RESISTS FOLLOWING UK CONSUMER RIGHTS LAW IN RELATION TO REFUNDS.
IT USES A .CO.UK DOMAIN ADDRESS BUT I CANNOT FIND IT LISTED IN COMPANIES HOUSE. Companies using .co.uk are required to register with Companies House by law.
I purchased a Streamline Microphone online (Japebo.co.uk made me assume it was a UK company) to assist hearing aid communication.
They stated VAT included and free delivery - however I was charged customs and Royal Mail "handling - total £43. Japebo however refunded this.
It worked well for a few days but then the Mic failed and despite following all the instructions could not get it working. I informed Japebo on 1st August (<10 days after receipt). I made two attempts by Royal Mail to return it to Japebo. First attempt it was returned by Danish PO, second time Danish PO wanted to charge customs - and wanted a Danish mobile number of the customs form (which I do not have and Japebo could not provide). Eventually I got a return label from Japebo (not offered initially) for a carrier - even then it took a couple of weeks to get the Mic to them. It is now nearly 4 months that I have not had a working Mic.
They say Signia cannot find fault but are currently refusing to refund because the box it came in is missing a bit of cardboard. This is in contravention of both their own guarantees and UK consumer law which is clear - the original box is not required.
MY RESPONSE to Japebo: In response to Japebo’s reply to my post, ALL components of the Mic were returned - even the small string to hang it round your neck. This is the first time Japebo have claimed “cables” were missing after weeks of communication.
The only factor which Japebo have complained about until now was the cardboard package , in particular a missing piece of black cardboard. So I reject their statement.
Original packaging is not required for a refund under UK Consumer rights law 2015. This is yet another red herring in their response.
I further note that they have not explained why I cannot find them registered at Companies House but are using a .co.uk domain. This leads consumers to believe they are UK based. If they are not registered at Companies House it is my understanding that they are breaking UK law.
Frankly rather than turning me into a very very unhappy customer they would be better off giving me the refund to which I am entitled under UK consumer law.
