I have been shopping here for over 1 year. I really like the good customer service and good jars .

I initially wasn’t sure of the size lid I would need .Getting a sample pack was ideal ,so thank youm.
I was then hoping to get more …..But 600 is way far to many .this id such a nuisance,as this size lid is hard to find .So only 3 stars I’m afraid .

Excellent service. I ordered what I thought were the right size lids but when they arrived they would not lock. Southern Jars sent me the correct size after an email discussion about the jars I have. I’m very impressed and will buy again. Thank you.

I experienced great customer service with this company and I always had a very fast response time to any queries that I had. I ordered certain lids that later turned out to be out of stock, but Alexander quickly arranged replacements and kept me informed every step of the way. Yet another good experience from this company, I ordered some little bottles for more wedding favours and Christmas gifts. They arrived well packaged in perfect condition within a few days. They’re my go to store now for bottles for homemade gifts.

Accurate and a quick turnaround

Small order for 8 bottles/lids, with the cost of p&p being a similar cost of the bottles. The parcel arrived with one bottle broken. The parcel was labelled fragile/glass but there was very little protection/padding.
The cost of one bottle was refunded. They declined to send another bottle, leaving us one short.

The delivery of our order was about 6 weeks late and when it did arrive it was incomplete which took about another 4 weeks to arrive.

good jars, prompt delivery. However they sent the wrong lids for two jars than those ordered. Instead of white they sent blue plaid that also did not have sealing safety buttons :/
