Despite delays on my delivery I was updated and provide with a few more jars for the in convenience. I'm happy with the jars I received

Only 99 lids arrived for my order of 100 jars and lids. I was given a refund of 10p and told to use the lidless jar for a candle!!! If I wanted a refund for the jar I would have to provide a video showing me opening the parcel and counting out all the lids, doing so one handed since I'd be recording with the other. I'm glad it was only 1 lid and not a dozen!
It is correct that after submitting this review I received an additional refund of 33 pence and was asked to edit this review which I am pleased to do.
The refund of 33 pence was given because I was considered to be an honest person and not a criminal mastermind plotting to defraud then of ....... 43pence! That's a relief. However, I was again advised to video as above.
I have since received another email...banning me from buying from them ever again. So the moral of this story is not to write a truthful but negative review otherwise you will be banned. Oh, and do make sure to video opening any parcel from them and video counting all the jars and lids otherwise it will be assumed that you have criminal tendencies intent on stealing .....43pence!!!

Super quick delivery, great products and prices

All good and very well packed so no breakages.

Ordered 30 jars with lids, 17 arrived with 15 faulty lids! Was asked to provide pictures and video which I did. He accused me of trying to scam him out of more jars as ‘ perhaps I couldn’t pay for more jars’ this was my third order with him and will be my last!

The product is good but the delivery date was several days later that it should have been. I needed that jam jar lids delivered in time as I had a deadline. However the admin was pleasant and helpful when I emailed.

The jars are great and a sensible price. A little more communication would have been helpful over collection. But now I know the system I will use them again in the future .

Excellent service

One of the jars was smashed to pieces. They should be wrapped more carefully with bubble wrap as they were not secure in the box and moved around a lot.

I had a very quick response and a refund so pretty impressive. I would use them again as they have a very good range.
