I am deeply disappointed with the level of customer service and their lack of ethics I have received from this company. After registering on Jaumo, I encountered a person who is my ex, as I later discovered, had a history of being an active STD carrier and was involved in domestic abuse. I reported his profile to Jaumo, urging them to investigate the matter, but to my shock, they responded by suggesting I have the police contact them before they would take any action. This request came even after I provided a police report reference number and photographs of my injuries.
As a responsible company, Jaumo should have taken immediate steps to investigate and address the situation themselves, prioritizing the safety and well-being of their users. Instead, they treated this serious matter with indifference, showing a lack of concern for public safety. It is disheartening to think that other individuals could potentially be harmed by this person due to the company's inadequate response. If Jaumo truly cared about the safety of its members, they would have acted swiftly and appropriately without placing the burden on the victims.

Ich glaube die Seite selbst arbeitet mit Fake-Profilen. Diese zu verifizieren ist für die Inhaber natürlich leicht. Grund ist dass Männer und Frauen bei Laune gehalten werden sollen und ein aus meiner Sicht völlig überteuertes Abo buchen.
Dann werden Vorschriften über die Fotos gemacht. Ich möchte mich zeigen wie ich es will…natürlich nicht nackt, vielmehr eher konspirativ und das wurde vom Support gelöscht. Als ich ein Fake-Profil fragte; sag mal seid ihr es von Jaumo…bekam ich zwar keine Antwort aber auch keine Besucher oder Likes mehr. Hahaha

Sinnbefreite APP die kein Mensch braucht. Nur Bots oder Fake Profile, meist schauen diese aus wie aus Osteuropa und versuchen per Scam hier Ihr Taschengeld zu verdienen.
Für mich uninteressant, daher abgemeldet und gelöscht. Hier auf Trustpilot dann skytreff Punkt de gefunden, da klappt alles ohne Probleme, viel aktivere Mitglieder die zudem auch meist am Handy online zu erreichen sind.

Extrem viele Fakes und vor allem auch Scammer
Leider sehr viele Fake und Scammer Profile. Trotz laufender Meldungen wird nichts dagegen unternommen.
Bekam von jemandem. Einen nachweislich gefälschten Pass (übrigens ohne meinerseituge Aufforderung dazu) per Bild geschickt, habe dies gemeldet, das Profil ist immer noch online und ich fürchte, derjenige ist fleißig dabei, Frauen abzuzocken.
Ein wenig mehr Authentifizierung wäre wirklich hilfreich!

Sehr schlechte App! Lässt zu das immer wieder Fake Accounts erstellt werden! Zu mir kam sogar schon 2 mal jemand nach Hause deswegen! Sie waren auch nicht wirklich schnell bereit etwas gegen das Fake Profil zu unternehmen! Passt auf euch auf und meidet diese App!! Vielleicht solltet ihr mehr auf die Sicherheit achten und erst Profile freigeben wenn man sich wirklich bestätigen kann, am besten mit Personalausweis! Ihr bringt Menschen mit so einen Leichtsinn in Gefahr!

Si può togliere la stella? jaumo app e’ pessima non ti fa verificare il profilo e non ti fa vedre i matches nonostante l abbonamento ma ammette i fakes e i maleducati che trattano le donne in modo orribile! E la seconda o terza segnalazione che faccio ma loro se ne fregano prendono l abbonamento! Mi risponda jaumo che prende provvedimenti e poi non fa verificare il mio sano profilo ! VERGOGNATEVI

Das Geld kann man sich absolut sparen, weil da nichts Vernünftiges dabei rum kommt!
Sucht euch einfach eine seriöse App, aber VORSICHT, Jaumo bzw die Entwickler sind noch mit weiteren Apps am Start - das heißt: GLEICHE Masche=gleicher Betrug

Overun by fake profiles / non existent KYC or verification
This app doesn't deserve 1 star it deserves -10 stars. It is a sorry excuse for a dating / social app. What it is, is a melting pot of fake profiles, bots (probably introduced by the developers themselves) and fraudulent / scammy activity.
Pros with the app: Tokens / credits are easy to get by watching ads and completing sections of your profile. Unfortunately that's where the pros end.
Cons with the app: KYC / Verification is compromised or not implemented properly. I have tested it out 3 times and the AI verification flow or automation fails to recognise the actual person creating the profile. I barely centred my face and it verified me in less than a second. I also tried it with family members and it also verified me as a verified user on my profile. If these guys have a compliance or onboarding team, they're either not fit for purpose or couldn't give a toss about onboarding KYC.
The other concerning factor is that the app makes no attempt to follow through with their content take down policy when it comes to reporting and I'm not even sure they have one. Considering they offer subscription packs, it would be interesting to see what their acquirer has to say alongside the card schemes. ( I will look into this as its a due diligence item required by VISA and MC when it comes down to adult and dating merchants / apps). I personally never pay to subscribe to any form of dating app even the much larger established competitors.
I have grabbed IP addresses from users which have majorly originated from West Africa, China and the US pretending to be someone completely different on their profile which was also corroborated by the fact that reverse image searches resulted in 9/10 searches having images used from other sources on the web. I've had the privilege of matching with the same (Verified profile!) 5 times under different names, same images and different profile information. Each time I reported it to the app. What do you think Jaumo did? Nothing. That's right absolutely nothing. Why? Because they are not equipped to combat fake profiles neither do they care. It suits them to charge you for a subscription where 90% of their database are bots or fake / fraudulent users and then cover it by some clause in their T&C's.
Their solution is to reply to you with a canned response they copy and paste afterwhich...(You guessed it... ) They will continue doing nothing about it.
My suggestion to everyone considering using the app who's intention is to meet or socialise with real people to stay away from Jaumo if they value their time,money and online safety. It is not a safe app and unless you like talking to bots and Nigerian Yahoo boys, it's best to give this app a miss.
