We have used JB Executive Travel on two separate occasions when going to Heathrow Airport on holiday. The communication, courteousness, promptness, service and whole experience was first class, thanks to John and the team for making travel to and from the airport a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We used JB Executive travel recently to get my mum to several hospital appointments. We knew the journey to the appointments was going to be difficult and tiring and parking at the hospital a nightmare. So booking JB travel took away all the stress of getting there and back. We had no worries about being on time for the appointments as John worked out the journey times for the different times of day and was very punctual. The ride was extremely comfortable and we had some interesting conversations with John who was very courteous and helpful, helping my mum in and out of the car. I wouldn’t hesitate to use JB executive travel again and highly recommend their services.

Excellent service, Our driver, Richard, arrived to pick us up at home most punctually and took us to our destination without any hassle. Two weeks later, Richard picked us up on time for the return journey.
Throughout this, we have nothing but praise for his driving, his car, his courtesy, thoughtfulness and assistance. They may be a little more expensive than other providers but you have peace of mind once it’s booked.

We have used JB Executive Travel on many occasions for both leisure and business transfers to airports. I can only concur with previous reviewers and reflect on the professionalism, punctuality and consideration shown for those journeys most of us stress about. Our personal experience of a 2 hour delay in collecting bags from Leeds Bradford in July 2022 where Simon waited for us at the loss of another fare shows how far they are prepared to go in looking after their customers. Always our first choice.......
