Very helpful, although I had to cancel order due to having to do a bank transfer personally at my branch.

Email updates for delivery etc were not supportive enough, had to chase the company for delivery details. the piece was advertised to come along boxed, but didn’t do soo.
Otherwise the piece was in fine condition.

The quality of the item,the price and dispatch were fine but it is disconcerting to receive a message saying that there was something left in my basket after the completion,payment and acceptance of my order.

This was my second purchase with J Blundell and Sons. As I had an account already in place from my first purchase, it was really easy and quick to pay for the item and arrange delivery which came the next morning.
