Cowboy company. Absolutely dreadful service. Bought item then get a message to say I need to pay extra for shipping even though I’m in mainland UK address. Once arrived and on building wardrobe we identified a manufacturer defect. When explaining to customer services their attitude was like why did you build it and started blaming us?! They then sent a replacement door and this arrived all damaged. They then offered partial refund for item not suitable or our needs and didn’t arrange a collection back and expecting us to cover all costs. Currently disputing a case with payment vendor. Avoid at all costs

I was worried about ordering from JD Furniture at first because I had seen a few 1‑star reviews on Trustpilot. But I really wanted another Habitat 60 Hana 1 Drawer Bedside Table, which was out of stock in my area and couldn’t be delivered or ordered from Argos. I came across JD Furniture selling the exact same item in new condition for a much lower price — £86.99 vs Argos' £130+£9.95(Shipping fee). With no additional delivery fee, it almost felt too good to be true, and I honestly thought it might be a scam.
But I decided to give it a try anyway because I had already bought one from Argos and needed a matching pair — and Argos had gone out of stock!
I ordered on 12th March late at night, and it was delivered by DPD on 14th March morning — super fast. The item arrived in its original box, looking completely brand new, despite the website mentioning possible opened packaging or minor marks.
Really pleased with the whole experience and would happily order again.

Purchased kitchen wall and base units. The quality for the price was excellent so good value for money. The after sales service could not be faulted; a couple of minor pieces missing and once contacted, replacements sent straight away. Took on board some suggestions regarding fitting instructions which were received with gratitude. Would have no issues ordering from them again

Looks modern and does the job for the price. Easy on the eye, but assembly was a bit annoying and it feels slightly flimsy. Decent overall.
