The weights are always all over the gym, there isn’t enough of the equipment people use the most and the smells from the drains is often noticeable

Abundance of benches and squat racks so little need to wait for availability, Wide variety of machines, clean toilets which others gyms in the area don’t have, good music, nice views of the snow slo... Ver mais

they are slow to reply to issue and arent helpful for the person on the receiving end of the issue

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms are very popular and can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate at different times of the day and night. To make the most of the space where possible, though, we are always looking to expand and improve our facilities.
We would suggest trying another time before cancelling!

Gym for beginers, hidden fees
To many people and not nearly enough weight plates and dumbells. Basicly gym for beginers.
Edit: i have “no contract” and when i try to cancel my membership they ask aditional 30€ for canceling plus i chose 20£ monthly while i being charged 31£ every month…. Avoid this gym unless you don’t care about splashing money.

Good, but think the staff should walk round the floor more
I like this gym a lot - only downside is I don't know if they're a rule about how long you can spend on a particular machine but everytime I've been in there's the same guy hogging the lateral pull down machine for at least an hour, meaning no one else can use it. I go in at different times of day too throughout the week, so gosh knows how long he is on it. It would be nice if the gym staff would put up a sign for how long you should spend on a machine to be polite to others, or just get a 2nd lateral pull down machine.
