The staff are awesome
The staff are awesome. Showers and changing rooms clean. The induction was lacking but if you ask they will book you on one. Parking is atrocious. At busy times equipment such as treadmills can all be filled - but something else will be available. For the price I cannot complain. It’s very good value. The classes are good but I have found they try to push you too hard - but I guess that’s what they just do.

Good value for money however changing area, Sauna and shower rooms need to be maintained more frequently!

Keeping our changing rooms clean is a top priority and they need to be checked regularly in order to keep on top of tasks. If you find the changing rooms to be unclean or untidy please do notify a member of staff so they can get this sorted for you without delay.

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms are very popular and can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate at different times of the day and night.
To make the most of the space where possible, though, we are always looking to expand and improve our facilities.

the experience was good I did the registration with my friend employees were very helpful, there is a plenty of parking i had just one 2 issues one time I had shower there the wall of the shower was not clean but may be I used one that was occupied and was not yet clean .
remark: we need more interbacterial spray because two are not enough and handy at list like 5 machine with one spray Bootle.

JD Gym - Milton Keynes
The gym is a no trills gym, you come do you gym session then boot, plenty of equipment, the odd machine out of order, but not a big issue at all. Studio rooms seemed well maintained. If you like me, want to do you gym session in peace, it's a more then ideal gym, currently at the time I joined they had a promotional offer.

Good afternoon
Hello! Thanks for leaving us some feedback, we appreciate it.
We are a 24-hour gym in XXXX, but due to there being less staff on duty throughout the night, areas which are not covered by CCTV are closed for the safety of our members (i.e. the main changing rooms and saunas).
We do however leave the accessible changing room open at all times, as well as there being lockers for you to use. If you need to get changed or grab a shower during the night, that option is there for you and you'll have complete privacy in there.

HEATING instead of air conditioning
The members and instructors don't want the HEATING on during Body Pump, Body Combat, dance classes etc, but the well-meaning managers are unable to directly change the incorrectly set air conditioning and head office are unable to get service company 'Omega' to change the air conditioning back to the preferable COOL setting. It is a complete FARCE that energy is being wasted heating a studio when no-one wants the heat. Control of air conditioning should be with the local management team not a non-responsive service company. How many weeks do members and instructors need to suffer for?

Gym is dirty
Gym is dirty, on night time there is only one disabled toilet upstairs to use and is very messy and disgusting. Empty water (drinks) bottles left all over the place. Loads of equipments doesn't work. Alot of equipments left over the whole place and mixed up.

Need 2 Saunas since it gets used too…
Need 2 Saunas since it gets used too much and the changing room stinks. Other than that great gym. Oh yeah and I don't like the fact I have to be online to get a qr code to get in.
