The gym have a lot of equipment and everything is clean and organized. Staff always responding to any calls. Maybe labeling area for body spesific trainig. Will help with jym trafic and availability.

Bigger gym,have good amount of cardio machines but more free weights like bench press,squats and kettlebells asre needed.Specially needed more saunas.

Adam is a very knowledgeable personal trainer and his also very helpful, also I recommend his personal trainer service

Joined jd gym few years ago now since the upgrade the gym so much better the staff and Managers are very helpful

I train daily at this gym, and I have never had a bad session. The staff are welcoming, friendly, helpful and encouraging at all times. The variety of classes available with your membership are excellent. I attend a mixture of morning and evening classes and I always feel I have had a great workout from them. The gym has recently had new equipment, making accessing machines manageable. I have also trained for several months with one of their qualified PTs, who put together a personal training programme for me, to achieve the goals I had. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Marlene PT sessions and classes are amazing

I’ve been training with Marlene for a while now, and the difference she has made to my fitness, confidence, and overall routine has been incredible. Every session feels purposeful they strike the perfect balance between pushing me to improve and making sure I’m moving safely and correctly.

What really sets them apart is how personal the experience feels. She takes the time to understand my goals, adjust workouts when needed, and explain the “why” behind each exercise so I actually learn rather than just follow along. Her energy is motivating without ever being over the top, and she somehow manages to make even the toughest sessions enjoyable.

I’m stronger, fitter, and more consistent than I’ve ever been, and that’s entirely down to her guidance. If you’re looking for a trainer who genuinely cares, knows their craft, and gets real results, I can’t recommend Marlene enough.

I’ve been training with Marlene for almost two years now, doing personal training every week, and I couldn’t be happier. Before joining the gym i had little belief and confidence in myself always struggled with my weight too scared to go in a gym because of how I felt about myself.
Now I feel I can do more i do my targets and try to stay fit in between my visits.
What makes my experience worthwhile is having a friendly smiley person to guide me through my journey. Having Marlene McIntosh as my personal trainer makes everything worthy of the pain sweat etc she guides you pushes you all the while having a laugh.
I'd recommend her to anyone who wants to change themselves

Marlene makes the class fun, makes us work hard but it’s enjoyable and if anyone had said I would be at the gym at 6am I would have laughed!

Very clean and well equipped gym.plus access is straight forward.

Charges are too much according to the equipment does not give a worth
