I’ve bought several items from Jedi Archives over the last couple of years. Hot Toys figures and Hasbro helmets. For the Hot Toys figures the option of the payment plan is just great and if it comes early I was offered a different option to pay it off quicker. Always comes quickly and well packaged. Often find they get stock in quicker than other places I’ve bought from and will be using them more often for preorders. An absolutely brilliant shop for a Star Wars fan like myself!

Great service and the item was well packaged will be buying many more things from Jedi Archives in the future.

Ordered a lightsaber and a display stand, the stand is great quality and easy to put together. The lightsaber is also amazing quality and has a great weight and feel to it, really feels like a quality bit of kit not like the base lit toys I remember when I was a kid. 1 small issue was I was sent the wrong size blade with the order, 1" instead of 7/8 of an inch. A quick email and they sent me out the correct blade and return labels for the wrong blade. Genuinely have no issues with the team here they did everything they could to provide a positive customer experience, it'll definitely be my first port of call for star wars stuff going forward

Always keep me up to date with status of order and give notification when items come into stock. Anytime I have phoned the staff are polite knowledgeable and very helpful. The loyalty points resulting in reduced cost are brilliant and a nice customer relation touch. Packaging is also great. Best thing I can say is I can't think of anything I'd change. Well done and keep doing what you are doing.

I have pre-ordered the Hot Toys Clone Wars Anakin, which is probably the biggest purchase I've committed to which isn't for someone else, or a bill, or debt, in my life, but come on, it's beautiful and I need it!

The payment plan offered made it incredibly affordable and easy to justify, with manageable payments. Very open and clear with the agreement and I feel confident I will be updated as it comes closer to the time when he comes home (I'm so excited!) But I do fear this now means I need Ahsoka and Obi Wan, but if I do I'll definitely use Jedi Archives!

If it goes wrong I'll update, but for now I am nothing but excited and happy
