Don't want to give a single star , worst experience once you pay the money you are scammed they don't deliver the medicine, and when you ask for the refund they don't respond and on there website it shows that the medicine is delivered. totally scammers.

Interview Experience at Jeena Sikho Ltd.
Date of interview: July 2026 I have corporate L&D experience, including process and behavioral training in pharma, IT and brand educational groups. I wanted to share my experience for other aspiring senior professionals.
1. Panel setup: The training head and team interviewed candidates together. The focus was heavily on Hindi fluency and delivery style rather than training methodology, curriculum design, or past L&D outcomes.
2. Feedback approach: When I shared industry-standard practices from previous roles, the final feedback was that my “session was not interactive,” with no specifics on what could be improved. It felt like direct feedback or differing views were not welcomed. Instead of saying "rejected" directly on face due to high qualifications or prospects they simply said your session was not interactive, I mean they are looking for unqualified people and they do not mention that before interview, what they demand actually: like speak in HINDI only while session.
3. Role alignment: Despite my experience with branded companies and cross-functional programs, the role seemed structured for facilitators who would deliver pre-set content in a specific language style. There was no discussion on program design, ROI, or stakeholder management.
4. HR support: One positive – the HR representative was professional and suggested I could be considered for another profile.
Takeaway; If you have 5+ years of corporate experience and are used to autonomy in content and strategy, ask detailed questions before investing time. Clarify whether the role involves designing programs or only delivering fixed modules, and what languages are mandatory for delivery. If you see candidates with much less experience being considered for the same senior-titled role, it may signal a mismatch in expectations.

Suggestion to the company: If the goal is to scale beyond domestic markets, consider creating separate tracks – one for regional language trainers and another for trainers who can handle international clients. Experienced people from MNCs can add value if the interview process evaluates instructional design and business impact, not just HINDI language delivery. Good for freshers or entry-level facilitators. If you have 5+ years corporate experience and want autonomy, clarify the role scope first or you may feel your skills are wasted ALSO TAKING OFF, YOUR MORALE.

Very disappointed with the service at Jeena Sikho. I ordered BP and Sugar Support Combo for Rs. 4,968, got out of 4 medivibes only 2. I have been trying to contact but their WhatsApp is automated AI customer service which is useless. I treet this as fraud. They need to drastically improve their customer service and response times. Please do not buy online products from their website.

Worst ever experience frustate their customers when you dont get delivered your medicine and you want refund , they just frustate you , no permanent number etc . Just nothing , jeena seekho shop site is a just a mess. I am sufferring for many weeks and just didnt get my order i wanted refund they didnt respond well and still waiting for refund and they wasted a lot of my time, asking them my money back .

Once received payment there is no response
First consolation communication very good until you pay then no response I paid Rs 43000 for medication and still waiting for delivery information for more than a week no response.

Experts in Jeena Sikho talk about ayurveda. And we trust Ayurveda (Ayurveda could help many people to cure their health issues), but in Jeena Sikho they speak about many things, like, "We guarantee you that you will get results," but the reality is, they cannot cure health in 7 days. I mentioned 7 days because they advise getting admitted for 7 days. They are more now in earning money. I spent nearly 1.5 lakhs on treatment and medicines. Their medicine is much more expensive. I haven't gotten any benefit from their treatment and from medicines. Even I had words with my known persons who were admitted there, and the health issue is still the same or even getting worse.

They talk about the healthy lifestyle, which is very common advice, advised by every second person.

I don't suggest to anyone to get trapped in their words.

Best company I have worked with, teammates, colleagues, and management is very helpful. You get opportunities here to grow.

I am working here as an ORM expert, I like the most the working environment here. The seniors and management provides you the freedom to do your work.
