Extremely Unprofessional – Still No Tracking After 20 Days
I placed an order with JeepHouse.co and have been going back and forth with their customer service. Their responses are vague, repetitive, and completely unhelpful. They keep promising a tracking number "within 24 hours," yet those same words have been copy-pasted across multiple emails days apart—with no actual tracking provided.
When I mentioned that my credit union would be contacting them due to a dispute, the response I received came off as sarcastic and unprofessional, as if they weren't taking the situation seriously at all.
This entire experience feels like a scam. I’m now in a formal dispute process with my bank because I have no proof my items were ever shipped, and I’m seriously questioning whether this is a legitimate business. I would strongly advise others to stay away from
JeepHouse.co unless you enjoy frustration, delays, and canned responses.
