They have tried again to take my money. I cancelled via email right after signing up for a free trial.

You can't even cancel on the website.

I have formally asked you to remove my personal data but you keep trying.

This is illegal. Be very careful when acting with these clowns.

I hate companies like this. Even though they are doing some great things, they are liars when it comes to many things. I cancelled because they kept over promising and under delivering and they continue to try and charge me.

This is a scam. I had an annual membership taken from my account while on hold and asking to have it withdrawn, all the while they where telling me it was being addressed and delt with with the customer service team. I waited for over an hour and two people got involved promising me it was being refunded. The next day an annual fee showed up on my credit card. I am now fighting to have it refunded and there is no person or customer service to deal with to have it refunded.

The software itself is mediocre. I used it for two weeks with no positive results.

In order to cancel billing, they force you into chatting and emailing with multiple people. I told 5 different people to cancel my plan (with documented proof) - and they all agreed. That was late October.

Illegally, they continued to bill me in November AND December, so I had to file formal complaints to get my money back.

It is a scam. I emailed with them 34 times to cancel my subscription, they said it was done and 2 months later they are still charing me.

This is such a scam. I get emails about checking out Jeeva. I sign up for the demo. They send me a calendar invite then cancel it the next day. Reason given is that I'm not a big enough potential client. What that tells people is they will ignore you if they think they have a bigger customer then you.

Awful experience, the platform is basically a wrapper around Apollo. They keep sending you 2 marketing emails per day with no option to opt out! most unprofessional SaaS in this industry.

I am using jeeva from past 1 month for lead generation and it gives very accurate data for me. Also it auto write all the mail responses.

I have made 2 appointments for a demo and both times they left me sitting by myself in the Google meet video call, tried calling their number and several times it goes to voicemail, i need to know how to use the platform!!!!

I did the free trial 14 days after a 10 days or so i had not gotten to grips with it so i was going to cancel, in theory it seemed all good, so when i decided to cancel after free trial, JeevaAI offered me 2 months free trial to get to grips with the platform which was very fair and generous, But it was a LIE they never extended the trial period, after 14 days was up, they kept sending me messages and emails saying they have not approved your 2 month period yet, but you can pay for a basic account in the meantime. i have today told them to close the account they've agreed it immediately to close account after taking hours to reply to my other messages WASTE OF TIME!! no stop lying with your reply jeeva you lied to me with your reply so i wont be using your service ever
