I'm a caveman at heart. Back in the day, I was all about that primal cooking experience - lump wood charcoal, real wood, the whole nine yards. You know, the kind of stuff that burns hot, smokes thick, and is perfect for a mean brisket.

I have used jefferson gas for several years now. So easy to order and pay on-line. Usually comes the day after ordering . Yesterday I ordered before 8am and my gas was delivered before lunch. Great customer service on the phone and all round. The gas is a lot cheaper than the garages and it's delivered to your door. I highly recommend.
