Best real estate team in the region
The team at Jellis Craig in Woodend and Castlemaine have been wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for more. We purchased our new property through them and then put our other property on the market for rent but ended up selling it. Everyone has been helpful, patient, responsive and generally great to deal with. They offered us excellent advice throughout and have been honest and fair to all parties in negotiations and communication. No other agency compares in the region.

Tom May was amazing, very professional, punctual, explained everything, organized tradespeople, kept me up to date with procedures and put up with my questions and hesitations.
Kate was lovely and very helpful.
It was tiring but went well.

Disappointing
An easy sale for the agent and vendor, but we felt abandoned on settlement. The property was marketed as a new build but needed a complete clean, including toilets, and defects resolved (mostly) by the purchaser. Requests for information about warranty protocols and building issues still not resolved.
