black sweater as a birthday gift!

I ordered a black sweater as a birthday gift for my son Hector because he is a big fan of Jelly and he loved it and so did I, the only thing is that it took more than 4 days to arrive and I paid for the shipping of $15 dollars. Likewise, he came with his receipt and a thank you card with Jelly's signature, which adds points in his favor. Good job and thank you!

Trouble with returns

My toddler is obsessed with the YouTuber Jelly so of course anything he wants he gets ordered a couple things from them the controller doesn’t connect to his iPad like our other Xbox controllers do, the hoodie and socks were too big even though we selected his size range no problem he loves the hat hasn’t taken it off since and he still wants more things from there that I’m glad I waited to purchase I was able to complete a return request on their site and they gave me an address to ship to in the Netherlands I knew it would be a bit expensive but I never knew the cheapest option would be 225 I would be paying more to return than the refund. We love Jelly but with this experience I hate to purchase things off amazon and give other sellers money for Jelly’s name when he should be earning it but that’s probably what we’re going to have to do after this.

Terrible quality, unprofessional customer service.

Having previously ordered from Jelly Store and happy with the products I recently ordered the Beennny t-shirt for my son. When it arrived I was disappointed as the material and print were terrible and felt cheap but also the length was far much shorted then stated on the website.
I contact Jelly to arrange a return, after a number of rude, unprofessional and patronizing replies they wanted me to provide photographic evidence as to how I thought the material was cheap as apparently they have never received a single complaint, which I find very hard to believe. and after this I could return the t-shirt to them at my cost for them to inspect it. I have never had so much trouble to return an item. I won't be bothering to return it as it just isn't worth the hassle but I also won't be buying from Jelly Store again.

Perhaps you received a faulty T-shirt (production failure), this is why we asked for photographic evidence. It was never our intention to be rude, our apologies. No refunds if you don’t get your item apparently

I ordered the glow in the dark T-shirt for my son back in April as it was on presale. Shipped out early may and now we’re in July and still no order. Per the USPS website it says it’s been in Chicago for over a month now. I was able to contact USPS customer service and was told by a few of their representatives that if any item is in one spot for over a month it’s considered lost and that the sender would have to file a claim. I reached out to jelly customer service and was told they couldn’t do anything about because they have shipped it out already. POINT OF MY REVIEW IS.. don’t bother with jelly merch. Your kid will totally forget he even ordered anything from them because of how long it takes. They lose hope it’ll get there. PLUS customer service sucks.. I’ve been back and forth with them and all they can say is they can’t do anything and to wait.. ridiculous.. Please people.. AVOID YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. DON’T PURCHASE WITH THEM.

We're terribly sorry for the inconvenience. We did file several claims with USPS, since they are having a lot of issues currently in their shipping network. Our policy is = if package is lost, we will refund your money after 30 days without a shipping scan. I see your order got refunded yesterday.

Package HELP

My son has been a huge fan of Jelly. So, we ordered a pre-order glow in the dark hoodie back in April. We are now almost into July and the package (according to shipping info) has been in Chicago for over a month. I tried contacting USPS but they cannot do anything or see any information because the hoodie is a "registered mail item." They've told me to contact the people I bought it from but that has been next to impossible. Can someone please give me a phone number to call to find my package so I know if I am even still getting it? Not sure what else to do? This hoodie/shipping was not cheap.

We see according to your tracking number there was a delivery attempted on July 3. Unfortunately USPS is experiencing a lot of delays currently in their network. As you see in the end the package got moving again and they tried to deliver it to your house. Reliable site, Great Products

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews about dice and a fire? This review is for Jellystore.com. They don't sell dice, penguins, ect just cloths and occasional merch from the Youtuber Jelly. Shipping does take a while with most things being shipped from Europe, never China. The Merch is very great quality, the cloths are very high quality and durable. Most of my items take 2-4 weeks to even ship out and then another month to arrive. I think they may do drop shipping or make items to order and don't really keep inventory on hand. Customer service responds very quickly to inquires.

Hello Cindy, thanks for your kind review. If your items take 2-4 weeks to ship out you must have ordered a pre-order item (like the Glow in the Dark merchandise). We know shipping takes a while due to delays caused by USPS. Thanks again!

If I can I give this store zero stars

If I can I give this store zero stars. Ordered merchandise on 12/3/2020 and still haven’t heard or haven’t received any updates for a while. Last update was 3 weeks ago from Jelly company that it’s in transit in NY. We live in Virginia so I am asking how long it will take for a shirt to come? I wrote an email to Jelly store customer service and they were polite and answered promptly but looks like the shipping company is out of their hands. I suggest you a jelly company to switch to more reliable and better shipping company for a shipping and handling cost you are charging to have more happy customers. So far I can tell this web is scam with bad customer service and updates. This was a last and first time I ordered from this store.

Delivery Time

I ordered a sweater for my 7 year old at the end of September with a delivery date set by the store of November 6. I have yet to receive the item. As per most comments here, it seems as though it delivers in 3 months. They should be more transparent with your delivery dates, as I am certain customers will purchase their items, regardless. The Ascendia transport tracking code for my purchase has not been updated since October 16. I emailed the Jelly Store twice to inquire about the item, and they responded promptly and were polite, simply stating that it was still in transit. Understandably, the wait time is longer because of Covid, and I live in Canada. At the same time, I suspect the item was likely lost by transport company given the last update being in October. I am not certain if they contacted Ascendia directly to inquire, but I sent an email inquiry to Ascendia a few days ago and have yet to hear back from them. I would expect that Jelly Store would be more proactive in tracking the items for which customers paid. I have asked for a refund, and they simply told me that the item is in transit and they will reimburse me for the shipping cost. I do not expect that the item will ever be delivered. This will simply be assigned to a lesson learned on my end. It is unfortunate, as my 7 year old keeps asking me about the delivery of the sweater which he really wanted. I recommend that the company find an alternative delivery company that is a bit more reliable when it comes to communicating and delivery dates.

Updated (December 7): The sweater was finally delivered. There are no concerns with the actual product. My son is happy to finally have his sweater. If we order from the store again, I will have to be mindful that the delivery time is not what is stipulated and that Ascendia's tracking is not accurate since it still shows that the package is in Europe.

Waiting 3 months for a different product

Took them 3 months to send me 1 koi fish dice. Turn out it is a pumpkin dice (almost the ugliest one you can imagine). When I contacted them I got this vague out of stock story due to a fire (as I have read here before). Because of the 'misfortune' and the current financial issues, they can't provide replacement or a refund. I am a little bitter about the entire situation, especially after reading all the other reviews here. Be wise and do not order @ jelly.
