Jemca Enfield very poor customer service on day of collection of new car. Car wouldn't start and they had to put new battery in. Phone calls weren't made to me as promised. Payment for car hadn't been checked prior to my arrival. Was only given 10 mins for handover due to another client. Was there for 3 hours in total, then sent email of complaint, no compensation offered. Extremely poor customer service on day of collection. Seems all they were concerned about was selling car!

I bought a Toyota Yaris (2017) in June of 2023 from their Sidcup branch. Upon driving the car it had issues, the engine was running rough. I originally thought it was bad petrol, alas it wasn't. I booked the car in for an investigation and resetting the EMU did solve most of the problem but it was still there. There was the possibility this investigation was going to cost £200, however in the end it was free. In addition there was other problems with the car that they fixed, all but one. Anyway after seeing a Youtube video where it was advised that the MAF sensor should be cleaned; I purchased some cleaner and cleaned the sensor. This solved the problem! Why did Jemca not do the same when it went in for the investigation last year? I have emailed them, no answer so far.
As a last word on this car, the car went in for a service and MOT in June 2024, passed and the engine problem disappeared. My conclusion now may be that when I bought the car and was serviced initially, they may have forgot to change the spark plugs, or perhaps a loose plug? Who knows, still unhappy about it. Good side is I now get improved petrol consumption 61mph since I cleaned the MAF sensor.

I had my car serviced and had MOT done. They gave me a report which was NOT good. I was told rear brakes pad and disc were gone and need replace also front brake pad need replaced. I was told I had ONLY 9% brake pads left in front and ONLY 6% left in rear. I took my car to another garage and he told me front brake pads were virtually NEW and rear was only 50% used. I am very disappointed with their service. I would NOT go to JEMCA, Edgware road again.

I had a great experience Mohsin he was a superstar, very helpful person who helped the extra mile. Also, sale manager, James come and introduce himself, and thanks me for choosing the branch and the driver instructor Ismail is so great

It's the second time following a full service that I've been to Jemca location NW9. I was genuinely pleased by the customer service Debbie provided at the desk she was very friendly, polite and Martyn who checked my tyres. Thank you😊

The renewal of my finance agreement, plus a brand new Aygo X, all went very smoothly and was handled by Hussain in a smooth, professional and friendly manner. Very happy!!

A very professional, efficient and friendly service from start to finish. I am on a service plan and receive regular reminders when my service and MOT is due, with online check in, wonderful assistance at reception regularly updating me on status and customer service is second to none. Car returned cleaned and drives beautifully smooth. My family has now been with them for over 25 years. I would highly recommend Jemca.

Swaped my yaris cross over to the CHR,a week ago,the service again was ten out of ten on all counts,staff were super friendly and knowledgeable in their given roles, the swap over was super smooth and stress free,a special shout to Mario, and H, and the young lady who showed me to the car and spent time with me setting up my pho e and toyota connect,ten out of ten and 5 stars to all. Bought a Yaris from these guys. Tony Igbinigie was my contact and very helpful throughout. He helped with decisions and choices at the beginning and helped immenseley with the handover of the car this month. Really pleased with the car and deal that I have ended up with.

Hello. I met with the crew today. I met with Anthony , Hayley and some other lovely amazing people. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with lovely kind people. They explained everything thoroughly and Anthony was amazing. He really helped me , my son and my mum feel more at ease and not worried alot. Anthony made sure he ran around and explained everything. He is amazing. Without him today , I don't think I could have got through it. My mum and son felt assured aswell. Very happy with the service. 😊

My Toyota Corolla Hybrid was called in for 'data communication module reprogramming' last month and I took it to Jemca at Edgware. I thought the customer service was excellent - from being seen in the morning, through video update on car to communication throughout the day as to when it would be ready. In addition, it got a wash and clean too. Having been to several other dealers/franchises in the south-east over the years, I was impressed.

Extremely appaling experience with Toyota Jemca Sidcup. On 28th of June 2022 I booked Toyota highlander and deposited 1000 pounds as requested. The car was supposed to be delivered in a years time. In April 2023 I changed my mind and called them to cancel my order and refund me deposit money. Since then made several calls, wrote emails with evidence of deposit and last spoken with them on 19th of June ..when they promised money will be in my account in next 5 working days which never happened. I found them extremely dishonest and untrustworthy . I am launching a complaint against them

I made a complaint roughly three weeks ago at toyota edgeware and it's taken them this long to get back to me. They don't have any consideration especially when your a carer for an elderly person. I wouldn't get a car from them again their customer service is not good at all.

Today I tested Toyota C-HR HYBRID for notability purchase.

I made an appointment and arrd arrived before my appointment.

The reception wasn't a attended

I waited for at least twelve minutes before I was asked for my needs (I wasn't impressed). Whilst I waited, I was insulted by the Jemca employees as they remarked about me.

When the car was brought around, I was effectively left alone.

I wasn't shown anything. I wasn't able to operate the speed limiter, and cruise control . I was not impressed by sales service provision.
I eventually found how to operate the limiterand cruise control, and found more technology (auto brack and acceleration. I thought the car to be comfortable but and smart, but felt opressed by employees ,

When I returned the car, I waited for at least five minutes.

Trying to buy new rear light cover for Yaris. Dealer won't take credit card payment, only in person payment, before ordering, so 2 trips needed.
Toyota UK no help, don't sell parts and sent me to ebay.
Appalling attitude from both companies - really couldn't care less.

Received delivery of a new Aygo X by Jemca Enfield rep Costin. He was fantastic, he explained all about the car internally and externally. Very pleasant man and knowledgable.
Also Serena who arranged delivery was really lovely and polite.
Would definitely recommend, amazing customer service!

I feel that Jemca Edgware Road are not offering the quality of service that might even be considered adequate. They make it feel like once you’ve purchased their obligation is fulfilled and have a very cavalier attitude towards their customers.

After test driving and speaking to one of their sales persons, Melvyn Weekes, I agreed to purchase a Used Dealer Approved Toyota RAV4 Hybrid on a 68plate. He completed the paperwork on Monday and I was told the car was to be ‘prepared’ before I can take it home 3 days later on Thursday evening. I paid for the car as per his request and asked him to keep me informed on the timeline for the collection of the car. He didn't reply to emails or phone calls till a few days later.

On the collection day, I called to make sure and was told that he wasn’t working that day but one of his colleagues will be there to do the handover of the vehicle. On arriving for collection, the car was not fully ‘prepared’, the service history and the MOT records were not present and the interior detailing not done satisfactorily to car dealer standard. His colleague told me that he has spoken to his ‘manager’ and that I should come back tomorrow (Friday) to collect the car. I was told that somebody will call me. On Friday another colleague of his, Kaviyan called to say the car is ready for collection. It took another 3 hours for final delivery of the car with the jack spanner missing. (I had to pay for the spanner on Kaviyan’s insistence and am still waiting for a refund)

I had to call and email on multiple times and each time I called or emailed on the status of the various pending documentation and refund, I was told Melvyn would call me back (they gave me so many excuses; he was with a client, he was in a meeting, he wasn’t working that day… just to name a few...) sometime he would response.

Do NOT use this dealership! They are dishonest, unreliable and have very poor customer service….

I have phoned Jemca 4 times today to endeavour to book my car in for a service and to have some repair work done. I was informed in August this was not a problem, but it now appears this is a problem, people promise to phone back but do not, the phone goes dead within 5 minutes. What disappointing and poor service levels you have - suggest people buy a car elsewhere
