I cannot say enough good things about JB. Every time I sport any of my collection, I get so many compliments. The pieces go perfectly with any outfit and really elevate the whole look. The design of the pieces is one of a kind, and quality is fantastic. My experience with the customer service team has been nothing short of incredible- they are super responsive and fix any issues very generously and SO fast. I cannot reccomend a jewelry brand more!

I am so in love with all my Jenny Bird purchases. I started out with my first of the initial necklace, and kept going from there. I have to say I have several pieces from earrings to brackets, I’m obsessed with Jenny. I would be embarrassed to say how many pieces I have. Love them all. I have bought many pieces as well for gifts to my special people. Love love love Jenny. Can’t say enough

Love that this brand is female-founded and the designs always feel so fresh and on-trend. My fave pieces that I own in both gold and silver are the Florence earrings. So many compliments on those, always! Next up I'm eyeing the Non-Stop earrings 👀

Update: after expressing my concerns further, I was contacted by the company, and they sincerely apologized for the experience. To make things right, they offered me a free piece of my choice as a gesture of goodwill. I appreciate this effort and their willingness to stand behind their brand. This experience restored some of my trust in the company, and I hope they continue to prioritize customer satisfaction moving forward. Thank you

So disappointed and dissatisfied with a Jenny Bird necklace I bought from my local Harvey’s Nicols store. Beautiful necklace which was a gift. Worn only TWICE and has now tarnished, losing gold colour around neck. At £90 I did expect more. I’m I wrong? 😫

I’m absolutely in love with my Jenny bird purchases! It was my first time buying anything from the brand and I’m already looking for what I can buy next! I got the two tone Faye puffy knockers and the Capri anklet and love both. Wore them my entire trip in Greece and even with the sun they remained perfect. Also amazing shipping time so I got them in time to go away! I get so many compliments on both and can’t wait to keep spreading the word on this amazing company!

I am absolutely obsessed with my Jenny Bird pieces! I purchased the Gia bangle, the Sofia Choker and an ear cuff. The pieces are all absolutely beautiful, and stack perfectly with my existing every day pieces. I have worked out and showered in the ear cuff multiple times, and it’s shown no signs of wear. I’d recommend Jenny Bird to anyone in a heartbeat.

I have bought several pieces of jewellery from earrings to bangles and anklets. Each piece is incredibly well made. I wear my jewellery everyday and it looks brand new. I also bought the sunglasses and every time I wear my Jenny Bird’s I get tons of compliments and I feel like a movie star!

I bought 3 anklets and two of them lost their gold plating after wearing for a couple of months. They look more steel now and not attractive enough to wear. They offer no guarantee for their “fine” jewelry or any kind of remedy for their low quality product failing. Its cheaply made and must have a super thin gold plating. I wore all 3 at the same time and they faded to different shades of metal. Expensive junk

I’m obsessed with my Jenny Bird jewelry! I love the look of my Celeste bracelet—it feels so elevated with any outfit. The quality looks amazing and feels unbeatable. The teeni detachable link earrings are adorable. They basically feel weightless (coming from someone with sensitive ears). Love the versatility they offer with the two tone colour. Thank you JB for glamming me up!

Jennybird markets its jewelry like a semi-fine jewelry brand but I would have never purchased if I read the descriptions better. Their jewelry is all cheap brass with a thin layer of gold or silver plated on top. It wears through really fast and looks super cheap and ugly. Trust me, these are NOT pieces you can wear everyday.

I’m so disappointed they are charging hundreds of dollars for cheap costume jewelry. Silver isn’t even expensive, and for their price point using brass doesn’t make any sense. Mejuri is similarly priced but actual gold and silver.

I have loved Jenny Bird for many years and have worn many anklets from this company for several years! However, I unfortunately wore one of my favorite anklets down to the bone so I reached out to the company. Emma from the customer service team for back to me almost immediately and let me know they no longer sold the anklet I had. She instead offered to send me a replacement of similar product! Her kindness and generosity really stood out to me, and I will continue to shop at this company for years to come because of it!

I had an issue with my Jenny Bird Jewelry. Emma from customer care was excellent. She addressed my concern right away and took care of it immediately. I was thoroughly impressed! Well done!

Update. It took over a week but they have made it right for an item lost by fedex

Easy to use interface and simple and timely delivery. Beautiful and high quality jewellery.

I wrote that the company was a fire and forget company and gave them one star.

After speaking with them they replaced the item. And have bent over backwards and sideways to make everything right.

That being said I have change my rating to 5 stars. Even though I went through the hassle of trying to find the Item via the Shipper, which was FedEx who was no help during the process!!! all they could tell me that it was contracted out to a 3rd party!!! which is code for one of our not so stellar employees that works in Jersey City stolen the Item and it is not our problem.
So if you have any issues with receiving your order. It is not Jenny Bird!!!!
it is Fed EX and they will be of no help to you at all.

So take a breath say a few words of your choosing and then let Jenny Bird work it out !!!
they will make it right.

The measure of a company is not the service or the product!!! but how they handle business when things go to sh$t

The product is beautiful, I’ve received so many compliments wearing the pieces. The ordering process is so easy and quick!!! Would definitely recommend
