I cannot get the sprayers to work. It just won’t spray. What am I doing wrong. Will send a review after I can try it. I do have another order for additional products. Hope I do better! Thank you

Hi Susan,
Thank you for reaching out to us and we are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with a bottle. We ask that you please try the following first and let us know if you are able to get the bottle to spray.
1. Shake the bottle for 30-45 seconds
2. Press directly in the center of the spray cap (press in the center where you see a slightly indented circle)
3. Press down and hold for at least 5 seconds and then press again, making sure you are pressing as hard as you can.
With the sprayer, it has an inner seal so it will not spray until that seal is broken. To break it, you have to press very hard and in the right spot.
This should fix the issue, and if you still have an issue, let us know and we will gladly replace the bottle for you.
