No return label

After receiving a black jumpsuit that didn't look like the picture I wanted to return it. I was told via email that any returns are at your own expense. This was going to cost £25 to return to China. Not happy.

It’s a scam

Paid £48.95 for shoes. When they arrived, were made of cheap plastic. Company won’t refund and expect customers to pay for return postage to China. Emails are AI generated and don’t care what you say. This is a scam

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a dress which took 6 weeks to arrive, from China of course, even though the company appears to be London based. The quality was absolutely dreadful so it couldn't be worn. To return it would mean sending it back to China at my own expense, so the best they could offer is a 15% refund. Very disappointing and unsatisfactory

Scammed

I ordered the product on the 19th May for an event on June 1st. The suit did not arrive until the 8th of June despite the 4-8 day delivery stated on the website, so I had to go and buy one elsewhere prior to the event. When I finally received the item, the quality is extremely poor and looks nothing like the suit advertised. As I no longer needed and was not happy with the product, I looked at how I can return the items. Returning the items required me to pay for it to be returned to Asia and pay all customs duties, taxes and handling fees along with a 15% restocking fee. At this point I have basically been scammed out of my money. I have messaged the company and heard nothing. Very poor experience.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

Two months down the line 30emails later. A dress they sent that was faulty with a broken zip. I requested a refund £40. The company ignored this request even though I sent photos & sent me replacement that I said I didn't want. Now that has arrived. They want me to pay to return both dresses offered me £4 refund which they will then take a 15% restocking charge out of that. I'm sure I'm speaking to a computer or AI ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTING !!! PLEASE DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

As with all others complete rubbish

As with all others. Very poor quality item. The skirt was £150 and complete rubbish. Return is in china and to an address that cannot be delivered to. Having had to pay my own return costs of £40 the item is now lost and I used DPD service who said address doesn’t exist and cannot take deliveries. I should have googled first for these reviews.

Proports to be a UK company, but warehouse & goods come from China. This leads to lengthy arrival timing, vastly different sizing & an appalling customer service for returns. Do not use.

I ordered what was described as leather…

I ordered what was described as leather sandals and in the photo they looked classy. The shoes arrived today and look nothing like the Jesse London photo and they are plastic, not leather.
Not only that, they took weeks to arrive and to send them back is such a convoluted experience, I am not going to bother. I feel like I could return them and not get my money back.
I only wish I had seen the reviews before I bought the shoes.in other words, do not touch with a barge pole!

There is now a reply on Trustpilot from Jesse London that you can see on here however I got a reply from them yesterday and this is verbatim what was said.
‘ After reviewing the details, we can confirm that the item you received matches the product you ordered. We are sorry to hear that it does not meet your expectations in terms of material and finish’.
Really!! I ordered leather sandals (for £35 ) and got plastic ones that bear little resemblance to the photo on the website.

I had never bought anything from Jesse London before. I had been looking for white or ecru or cream wide leg trousers. I had trawled the internet and came across your company on Pinterest. I read all the details about these trousers and decided they were what I had been looking for. When they eventually arrived and tried them on I was so disappointed. The material was so inferior that the two false pockets on the back of the trousers showed right through the material. I had read all your small print on returns and noted that the buyer was responsible to return the goods to CHINA. Obviously I wasn't going to spend another £20 + on something that had already cost £34.95. I'm afraid I will not be purchasing anything else from you now or in the future.

Trading Standards need more power

Items delivered are nothing like the online images. They are China based not in London. An online retail scam. They advertise PayPal merchant but block it. The clothes are most likely highly flammable. BEWARE

Shocking company an item purchased has…

Shocking company an item purchased has still not arrived 3 weeks later tried cancelling the order as the event has now passed but keep sending emails saying it’s on its way. They said I can get a refund if I send it back to China at my expense even though the item still hasn’t arrived , they know that I will not send it back so will lose the total cost.

They are based in CHINA

They are based in CHINA, not London UK as the name suggests. Long shipping times and crap returns process where they just mess you around. Quality is about what you'd expect from TEMU etc so this is just overpriced and not honest in their location.
AS TO THE REPLY.
Note nothing mentioned about where they are based, nor the rubbish returns (or lack of) process everyone below also talks about, they also do not respond in a timely manner. Reported as card dispute and reported to Trading Standards.

Rip off company

Terrible, ordered a jumpsuit for my hen do, it took 2 weeks to come and when it did arrive it was the worst quality and nothing like the photos. I asked to return it and they offered me a 10% refund (£3.99) when the jumpsuit cost £39.99. How is this acceptable? This company should not be allowed to operate, it's daylight robbery!!

Boots boots for £57.50 from company…

Bought boots for £57.50 from company based in London,boots arrived they smelled bad and were too small all over,the y were supposed to be leather but don't look or smell like it.I tried to return but was told it would be £27.50 and they'd likely be classed as worn by China and refused entry.I asked for some mony back and they would only give £9.50! I doubt i can resell for more than a tenner! Bweare absolute scammers!!!!
