El pedido debería haber tratado 3.dias y tardo más de 10. Lo peor es que no me sentó bien el producto. Habitualmente consumo Velo sin problemas. Su producto me producía náuseas y mareo. Lo intenté dos veces y la segunda fue peor que la primera vez. Dinero tirado a la basura. Compré tres bolsas.
Escribo esto por si alguien. Lo prueba y le pasa lo mismo que a mi. Si la primera prueba no es buena no intenten una segunda. Será peor.

Additionally, no VELO products were purchased in this order. The order contained three different ICEBERG STRIPS products, which have a completely different format and may differ in strength and effect from the VELO products you normally use.
Individual tolerance to nicotine products can vary depending on the product, dosage, format, and personal sensitivity. We always recommend checking the product strength before use and discontinuing use immediately if nausea, dizziness, or any other adverse effects occur.

Took 6 weeks to finally get my order
Took 6 weeks to finally get my order, low communication by JetSnus. Was told I would get complimentary tins for the delay. I did not receive any of said complimentary tins.

Unfortunately, we faced an unexpected force majeure situation, and for a certain period shipments to Australia became very difficult to process. However, we fully understand that this caused inconvenience, and even though your order was placed on the 9th and delivered on May 11th — around 4 weeks rather than 6 — this is still not acceptable by our standards.
We are sorry that the promised complimentary tins were not included. To make this right, we would like to offer you a 20% discount on your next order.

Best Shop ever
This shop delivers very fast. I got my product in 3-4 days. The product-quality, is also very good (depending on the flavour and the brand one likes ;) ).
And also, it is not that expensive and it has a very kind customer support.
