I ordered two pair of jet jeans. I ordered size 35 waist and 29th length I received the package yesterday opened it up. The waist size was at least a 40 and the length was at least 34 inches. I’m very upset trying to get them to make the exchange. Their customer service department is no help. I guess I’ll throw them away and forget about my $70.00 loss. Do not buy their junk!

There was no button hole, so you couldn’t button jeans up. The pocket was sewn up , so you could only put 2 fingers in the pocket. When I asked for return address they said I had to return at my cost, and only give me 40% back, because I’d also contacted Pal-Pay. Pal pay were no help at all so I’ll be cancelling my account with them too. Buyer BEWARE.

One star as it is impossible to give zero stars. I have never purchased such a shoddy product in my lifetime.
Both side pockets are stitched together in the middle making it impossible to put your hands in. The button hole on the waistband has not been cut open to allow the button through. There are two back pockets with no access. The pockets are there, but no access. Unfortunately there is no provision for pictures on this site.

This company is nothing but a rip off. Pants fit terrible and are cut and sewn uneven. In order to return and receive a refund they want you to take pics and they might send a refund. Poor business practices!!!

Not enough for your balls. Rides low on hips, like hip huggers. Return is almost impossible, Jett want YOU TO PAY SHIPPING BACK!

The worst ever experience in online buying. I received a size 40 when I had ordered a size 42. The finish was awful with threads hanging all over. No apologies instead writing back that the cost to return the jeans was between $45 to $100. So so very disappointed. They keep insisting that they sent the right size as according to them their jeans sizing is a size bigger. If this is their strategy of offloading their surplus products it is not doing them any good. A big scam really.

Just bought a pair. Very pleased. Maybe I got lucky but it was just what I ordered.

The company sent all 3 pairs of jeans in the wrong size, I ordered 39” waist they sent 37”. what a bad joke. Forget about the support line. It must be a front for the garbage can. Zero response. Do not waste your money because from other reviews this common. What good are pants that do not fit?

I have never worked with a more difficult company as JetJeans. JetJeans made the choice to down size my paint ordered from 34” to 33”. This was a mistake; pants was too tight. On the original order, JetJean charged me a shipping fee of $4.99 to my door. Pants were delivered by USPS with a COD charge of $18.05. When I questioned JetJean on this, they would not give me a straight answer and basically said not our problem. Forget about correcting their error on the pants size. I was to take photos with measurements, plus send additional information. I asked in 3 different emails who pays for the shipping to correct their error. They never did answer this. I finally got so sick of JetJeans that I threw the pants away and consider that JetJean stole my money.

I bought two pairs and did not get the size I ordered. I sent them pics of the jeans with shipping bags and ask for them to replace with the size I ordered. I was told that the didn’t have my size. Offered me credit against my next order. I requested my money back. I am supposed to send them back to them, pay for the shipping cost and if they get them back they will send me my money back less shipping cost.

The JettJeans web site shows waist sizes in one inch increments. I ordered a pair of JettJeans with W37/L29. What I received was a pair that was marked WXL/L28.5. The waist would fit a person with a 40 inch waist. Which means they were way too loose on me. The jeans would slide off over my hips. I complained and asked for an exchange. I was told that what I got was for a Waist of 37. I would need to exchange for a waist of 36. But, they would give me a 50% refund to my credit card rather than exchange for a waste of 36. I took the 50% refund of $22 to minimize my grief. Which means that JettJeans still made $22 on that pair of jeans that are too big for me. I think that it is some kind of scam. Buying bulk foreign made jeans that only come in certain waist sizes and selling them covering multi waist sizes with same jean. They refund 50% of you cost to placate you, and still make $22 a pair.
