Jettly does not sell, distribute, or share customer contact information with third parties. When a flight request is submitted—such as your inquiry for travel from Sarasota to Turks and Caicos on March 28th—our team follows up directly to assist with your booking. These follow-ups are a standard part of our service to ensure clients receive accurate flight options and support.

If you received calls from sources claiming to be affiliated with us but lacking details of your trip, we encourage you to report them, as we take customer privacy seriously. Additionally, we note that your review recommends FXAir, a competing company, which may present a conflict of interest.

Jettly Does Not Share Customer Contact Information

Jettly has a strict privacy policy and does not sell, distribute, or share customer information with third parties. Any claim suggesting that we "send out" customer phone numbers or emails to unknown entities is categorically false.

All Calls and Communications Are a Direct Result of Customer-Initiated Inquiries

When a user submits a flight request, our team follows up to provide available options and support. This is a standard service process in the private aviation industry.

Ms. Ellis submitted a flight inquiry for a trip from Sarasota to Turks and Caicos, and our team contacted her to assist with that request. Characterizing these service-related calls as spam is misleading.

Jettly Operates in Compliance with Consumer Laws

We do not engage in unauthorized telemarketing or excessive solicitation. If a customer wishes to opt out of communication, we honor those requests promptly.

A Cease and Desist Notice Was Sent Due to Defamatory Statements

Ms. Ellis’ review contains false claims that directly harm Jettly’s reputation, including suggestions of fraudulent activity and security risks.

Her updated review continues to spread misinformation by falsely stating that Jettly threatened a lawsuit simply for leaving a negative review. In reality, we pursued a cease and desist letter due to demonstrably false and defamatory statements, which misrepresent our business practices and cause reputational harm, which we believe were made with intent to discredit our company while promoting a competitor.

We encourage constructive criticism and honest feedback, but spreading false information with the intention of damaging a business is legally actionable. Jettly remains dedicated to providing ethical, customer-focused private aviation services, and we will continue to protect our reputation from defamatory statements.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion that our online quote system may have caused. At Jettly, we strive to provide transparent and accurate pricing information. As indicated on our website, marketplace rates for aircraft are set by third-party air operators and exclude positioning fees as well as repositioning fees. These additional charges cover the cost of moving the aircraft to your preferred location (positioning) and returning it to its home base or next destination (repositioning) after your flight is completed.

To improve your experience and offer a more straightforward pricing structure, we encourage you to consider the Jettly Jet Card program. As a Jettly Jet Card holder, you are billed only for your air time from point A to point B, with no extra repositioning fees. This program is designed to help frequent flyers like yourself save on unnecessary costs and enjoy a more seamless booking process.
