Well firstly yes the parcel did indeed took a lot of time but it is understandable as they deliver the parcel from their overseas warehouse but their customer service really helped me out and kept me updated it requires a bit patience but trust me their products are amazing and the wait is worth it...!!!!!

Every time I ask a mail saying

"The tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is ready to be dispatched."

No other comment.
Very bad service. Total frauds.

I found out on insta that this is a fake website and they dont belong to india also this page is actually made from united kingdom and thats a fake page jewel panda doesn't belongs to india at all also i got scammed for 2k , I had placed an order for a 3 Tier Jewelry Stand with Wooden Drawer Jewelry Tree Stand Tower Rack on 29th August for ₹2138. Its been a week and still no updates or any tracking id provided for the product also there are no contact details of this page and i just found out on insta they also have one more website blingqueen even that is fake , you can search for exposing bling queen page there a influencer has posted his video being scammed by them .

I selected a tool offered on their site at 999/- paid for the same on July 4th 2026. To date have sent several reminders. I recieve responses with regrests gor the delay and promises that someone will revert soon. However all these are only lies. My refund or paid for tool remains elusive. This is a fraud organisation i think.

Absolute shitholes operating a fake website. Take money and items are never delivered. It’s a scam.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Jewel Panda. I ordered a music box that was promised to be delivered by the 23rd. However, the delivery date has passed, and I have still not received my order.

Instead of providing a revised delivery date, the company has only informed me that they will let me know when the item is shipped. As a customer, I find this lack of transparency and communication unacceptable. If there are delays, customers should be informed proactively and given an estimated delivery date.

At this point, I have paid for a product without any clear indication of when I will receive it. I hope Jewel Panda improves its customer service and order fulfillment process so that other customers do not face the same frustration.

The item i ordered has not arrived. No answer to my e-mails. No Way to call them.

Worst possible experience. Never order from jewel panda for a party. I placed an order on 14th april for a 10th may party. They were going to deliver on 5th may, but their international shipping got delayed and have delivered the order asfter 20th may. Also, instead of 2 types of pencils with 20 count, they have delivered only 1 type and 10 pieces. They refuse to refund my money.Scam website who does not deliver products at all and does not refund your money

Fake website which doesn't deliver what it has published on its website. It doesn't reply to your messages post you make the purchase.

Jewel panda Online shopping scam. I placed prepaid orders in February and April from Jewel Panda and still have not received the products or refunds despite repeated follow-ups. Sharing this so others can be cautious before placing prepaid orders. They have a believable website but are people are still buying from their website.please be aware. Their website has a Chennai address with no contact number

Order number JPIN2205 last month on 13 no response appears fake as no number to contact is given 2100 rs has tight me a lesson and now I know they are fake and scam no update no message no real time track

I had ordered a green crystal cat (order number JPIN2078) on 9th April 2026 from their website, seems it is fake .The mail id that they have mentioned is also fake.
I just saw I have been blocked by them on Instagram after I posted a comment there regarding this.

My Two Orders #JPIN1748 and #JPIN1730 , paid for online on24th March 2026 still pending delivery and update, can anyone please help comment if same experience faced, there has been no update from JewelPandaShop since the date of purchase neither they reply to emails sent to them about my order, hope this is not another online scam 🤔🤔 how to connect to them ?? Can anyone help 🙏
