Very cheap items but very poor customer service. I bought some bracelets for a christmas present. My young nieces broke after a few days. They said due to it being over 30 days they couldn't send a free replacement so was wasting my time asking for pictures. Better to go to a jewellery shop where customer care is in place

I think you might be mistaking your order with us with another order elsewhere because you emailed us on 2/9/2024 and requested a return because the item was 'too thin'. We also sent you a free return shipping label the very same day as a courtesy. So this review is very confusing to me. We completely understand that some items are a little difficult to purchase online since you cannot see or feel them in your hands before-hand. That is why we have a very generous return and exchange policy. But again, we don't sell anything fake, never have, never will.

The process was so easy and shipping was super quick! This particular piece is perfect! It is so gorgeous. Hello I ordered a necklace and earrings from you that I would like a refund for as they aren’t what I was hoping for, however I’m having major problems with the returns portal, my order number has been confirmed & im correctly entering it into the field with my correct email address underneath but it is just saying it’s not recognised which I don’t see how is possible? Don’t know what I’m doing wrong somebody please help as I want to get sent back within the 30 days to enable me a full refund!!! If anyone can advise or help me with this please comment!
