I was charged twice for an order and could not get anyone to reach out to me. I had to dispute my charge with my charge card company. Now when I try to order something, it says it goes through but then is immediately cancelled. So sad. I have ordered quite a bit from them😞

Terrible to install. Falls apart instantly.
Absolute garbage of a sticker. Wasted $25 on junk to use. Instantly started ripping when applying. Went straight to the trash can.

Changes
Recently I've been having a quality concern with your DTF prints. The colors seem to be off. I thought it was my file so I even sent the same art twice, with revised colors and still it came back with pink tones. I did reach out and got a refund once, but too hard (timely) to keep going that route. With the shipping prices so high, I have considered going with another printer for transfers. I am very satisfied with the shirts, however, from you guys.

Exceptional Customer Service
The selection and price of the shirts is always top-notch. This time I ordered a mix of shirts and DTF. There is a little bit of a snafu with the DTF, part user interface part user error. But Jiffy customer service made it right. Above and beyond expectations.
