It has have me more opportunity to serve clients that do not have non card payments. It every now and then will have a glitch, but overall pleased!!

I like being able to use a card with Jim, but I do not like not having a card to do purchases or to withdraw cash. Having a digital card is sometimes inconvenient.

Works great and was cheap at 1.99%. but I tried to run a $1,500 transaction and it would decline on JIMs side, not the credit card holder.

Room for improvement.

When I can sign in it works great. love it, but I've had issues signing in. I try signing in, using biometrics, and the screen just keeps Jim's logo up and doesn't go any further. I've had to use different apps to take payment. It has happened the last 4 events I have set up at.

Hands down the support the guidance generated by this app is Hands down. It has so many features to help get your business up and running that i will be forever grateful. Thank you Jim.com

JIM has been a life changer!
My hubby and I set up at different farmers markets. Before JIM we could not take credit cards and LOST customers. But JIM saved the day.. AND the customers. It's so convenient being right on my phone. It works well! Only had 2 occasions that it couldn't read the card. Thank you JIM

I love Jim everything works great.
As far as access to your money, it’s very easy and there are FREE options to accessing your funds.

Overall, I like Jim and found it fairly easy to use. However, the website builder lacks some important features I need for my DTF printing business. I need customers to be able to select shirt sizes, colors, quantities, and other options, as well as upload their own print files when placing an order. Unfortunately, the builder does not seem flexible enough to create this type of ordering system. It works well for a basic business website, but it needs more advanced product options and file-upload features for custom printing businesses.

I can't say enough good things easy safe the jim assistant is great once I can connect shipping & i have a product 3 for $12 1 for $5 but on jim I had to lose a dollar it can't do the 1 for $5 so it has to $4 I am happy

Really like it. Very easy to use, people like that they just have to tap my phone

It’s great for touchless transactions. The fees are less, but it’s harder to get your money. If you want to get your money you have to pay to transfer. It’s a pain in the butt. There’s no physical card. You can’t pull money out of the bank. Don’t even have a physical card it’s brutally annoying once they have a physical card, I think it’ll be better. Otherwise pay to transfer it or transfer to your bank and wait, get with the times man.

I love using JIM, especially for its credit card-to-ACH transfer feature. It has been a game-changer for my cash flow, providing much-needed financial flexibility when funds are tight.

Jim has worked very well. The app is fast and the fee is reasonable.

It is a very easy card to use. Any place a debit or credit card is accepted. It cuts down on cash transactions, which most people go cashless. These days.
I have had no problem.

This was the first time I ever dove into this type of payment app. But I was definitely surprised with the level of ease and use. The sign up process was simple- it guided me right along and taught me exactly how to get set up to receive payments then add the card to my digital wallet to use at my command. Simplicity is what I was needing in today's hectic world.
