Imagine paying for a removals company to move you to your new home and they damage your babies furniture that cost us over £2000 only just a year old. As if moving house isn’t stressful enough

Then when we tell them we want our money back as they have damaged not just one item but the whole of the furniture they tell us they will give us £50 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ and that they don’t care if we leave them a bad review!!

Absolutely vile, and the manager clearly doesn’t know how to run a business. How the hell can you damage every piece of furniture from one room and then they have the cheek to try to say we have done the damage ourselves 🤬🤬

Jason made the whole process much easier, from providing boxes & advice to endless patience on the move day. The team went above & beyond to help me make a long distance move happen smoothly & proficiently with so much kindness & professionalism. The move ended up taking rather longer than expected & they had to deal with parking issues, single track roads & motorways as well as an inexperienced & over emotional customer! ☺️ JJ are a superb company who I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone making a house move or dealing with complicated logistics. Jason was nice and helpful throughout my move. This is the third time I’ve used his services and he’s always been incredibly professional and diligent. Also worth noting that none of my items were ever damaged or broke.

Johnny and his team are lovely people and very caring. They came out at short notice when our own removal company would not and transported additional items for us at a very decent cost. The team at JJs is very professional and they went beyond the call of duty to help us hook up our washing machine too! These are very decent and very reliable people which is exactly what you need at the stressful time of a move.

Jason and his colleague were truely incredible.

We had a complex move from Manchester to Aberdeen, with our stuff needing to ultimately go to two different locations. We had to change the date a few times as our baby came early while 400 miles from home. We had our friends pack up our house for us which resulted in there being significantly more stuff than Jason had expected.

They took it in their stride. Accommodated us the whole way. Were professional, friendly, super careful with all our stuff... absolute legends! Went above and beyond and were one of the cheaper quotes we received too!

They were extremely helpful and efficient in our move. They went the extra mile and made sure everything was done orderly and carefully.

Was very friendly and honest from the start, was worried it would fall through and to make sure it had all completed. It actually did fall through until the next day and Jason said he would keep my stuff overnight to save it all being unloaded Again.
Because he didn’t have two vans available the next day he did two trips for me and disassembled my couch and dining table and put everything back together and bubble wrapped my tvs.
It was a very stressful couple of days made easier by his experience and he has a really good eye for remembering what was where in my old property and made sure everything went in the right place or asked where I wanted it.
