We like dealing with JJ Smith because they know us as a company and customer and what products suit us best.
We're dealing with them for new machines and service since 2004.

Bought a brand new Stromab CT600 from sales to installation the guys at JJS were super easy to deal with and very accommodating to my needs. Even had a follow up visit a few months after installation to make sure we were happy. Zero problems with the saw or the service.

could not ask for a better service not just for parts but for the services we receive year in year out always willing to help weather that be over the phone or with a visit from there trusted engineers, quick with quotes and know when I need parts asap the help pull out all the stops to get parts here quick.

Our company has been working with JJ Smith for a while now to equip our UK shutter manufacturing factory, and we couldn't be more pleased with the service and products we've received. The team, including Guy and Emily to name a few, have been nothing short of excellent, professional, and always a pleasure to work with.

Thanks to JJ Smith, we now have high-quality machines that have significantly improved the efficiency of our workflow and we even worked on a video case study with the JJ Smith team to show off the excellent work we've achieved together. The advanced equipment has enabled us to deliver a product that few businesses in the UK can achieve, increasing our capabilities as a company.

We are thrilled with the outcome and will definitely be returning to JJ Smith in the future!

When we were looking to expand our factory in the UK, we needed to work with a professional team and quality machinery, which is why we chose JJ Smith's equipment to manufacture our unique products. We certainly could not achieve the success we have without the machinery and amazing customer service from JJ Smith. The team were incredibly helpful with great communication, expert knowledge and willing to train our team to achieve quality results. We wouldn't hesitate to contact them in the future for more work. - Adam and The Shutter Studio team.

I have worked with JJ Smith for a few years now and we have brought several machines from them. They offer an excellent service. They even took me to Italy last year to view a machine I'd bought! Highly recommended

Great overall experience.
JJ Smith have provided us with a couple machines and they worked wonders. They have cut our production time in half. Easy to contact and quick to respond if anything happens.
Definitely recommend.

This is not the first contact with your company.
Problem solving, if any, is immediate. I have already bought 2 machines and each time they were very well packed and cleaned. The condition of the machine corresponded to the description. I would recommend JJ Smith to other buyers.
