L❤️V Mrs. Lopez skincare one of the best I’ve used, I’ve used the products for about 3years moisturizing excellent, however I use the sunscreen and the cream appears to leave a caste, but otherwise I’m complimented often on how great my skin looks😉

The quality of the face products aren't what they used to be, the packaging is nice but the product pulls up my face and looks like dirty sloughing skin

I’ve been a proud and loyal customer and user of JLO Beauty since the brand launched in January of 2021. I absolutely LOVE all the products, and use them every day of my life. I especially LOVE “That JLo Glow” serum as that has been a product that has truly transformed my skin. I highly recommend this incredible brand by Jennifer Lopez to everyone I know. Will gladly support JLO Beauty forever!!!!

wish I would have read some of these reviews before I tried what i thought was just a sample kit of some of their products. I am really good at checking the "fine print" as I know a lot of companies try to get you to agree to a subscription without you noticing. But I truly did not see anything indicating this was a subscription. After not being able to cancel it myself on the website, I used their chat "customer service" feature. I was told my subscription was cancelled & received an email stating this as well, but when I go into my account on the website it still shows as active. I'm going to give it a few days & check again and hopefully it will reflect as cancelled on the site as well. Of course you also are not able to remove your payment method from your account either.

I wonder if JLO herself actually knows how sketchy things are with this company or if she just unwittingly hired sketchy people to run it for her.

I had the same experience as others with J Lo Beauty. the website said I would get new shipments about every 3 months, but one arrived only a month later and at 3 times the cost of the first purchase. I have not opened the package and just want to send it back. Their customer service told me I would have to pay for shipping both ways. I canceled the subscription but got a notice the day after that they were sending another package priced at $308.49!

Absolutely terrible company. I bought a $90 box of random stuff for my girlfriend for Christmas and have been charged $90 4 times. Luckily i noticed the charges and called the terrible customer service team they have and asked them why im being charged multiple times. Her exact response was “you didnt read the fine print in the terms and conditions” i honestly thought i was being pranked. They basically made a package for Christmas and in the terms and conditions said it was a $390 subscription. I told them to cancel the next orders and i was going to send the one i had back, the lady told me thats fine. I look the next month and im charged AGAIN! So i finally called my bank and disputed the charges and had to put a stop payment on them. Insane. DO NOT BUY

I placed an order in December not realizing it automatically puts you in a subscription. Then I saw in November another box was going to ship. I quickly went to try and cancel, but couldn't. The ONLY way to cancel is through calling. They boast that you can manage your subscription easily, but it just adding it removing, or changing the date. There is no way to cancel without talking to a person. So, I call. 3 times the customer service rep said would "pause" my current shipment, asked me how much product I have,and said would "pause until June." I said multiple times, "no, I want to cancel." It was to the point I was just going to have to cancel my card with how he wasn't listening. Finally he said it was cancelled and I got a confirmation e-mail. It feels dirty how they set you up for a subscription without making it overtly obvious AND that there isn't a simple "Cancel Subscription Link," you have to call a Customer Service Line and deal with them trying to keep you.

I bought That Facial Effects Kit. Some of products were good, others were definitely NOT. Cleanser has strong perfume odor & seemed to dry out my skin. The moisturizer feels waxy but did seem to have a longer hydrating effect. The eye mask pads were hydrating & contains some caffeine, but the main ingredient is hyaluronic acid which you can get anywhere. The products contain a lot of chemical ingredients so perhaps not the best skin care you can buy. Packaging was very pretty & expensive, but I would rather have better ingredients. Be careful when purchasing, you are automatically assigned a subscription, but it was easy to cancel.

I absolutely loved the JLo kit I originally received it as a gift and have purchased my next kit. It has dramatically changed the fine lines and wrinkles across my forehead and eyes ! Also I have very sensitive skin, and the sweet fragrant smell that the face wash and moisture has does NOT irritate my sensitive skin. I was pleasantly surprised I will continue to order this kit

This was my first time purchasing from this company. Without my permission, they automatically enrolled me in a subscription and sent another package. When I tried to return the products, customer service refused to provide a return shipping label, so I had to pay for it myself. Even after returning the items, I did not receive a full refund. The products are very low quality and a complete waste of money. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

I absolutely love these products! They've made such a difference to my skin, and the cleanser smells incredible while delivery amazing results. Highly recommend!

I bought the full JLO product bundle and it was a total disappointment. The products are greasy, clogged my pores, and caused breakouts and irritation on my face. I had seen negative reviews before, but decided to try them and ended up confirming what many others were saying. I definitely do not recommend them and would not buy them again.

I bought the products because they were from Jennifer Lopez, and I thought it would be a reliable and easy shopping experience. However, I had an experience I’ve never had before. I placed an order because there was a promotion and started using the products. At first, I thought they were working well, but as I continued using them, I started to develop oil and sebum on my skin, so I guess they didn’t suit my skin. I decided to return the first products I used.

Anyway, moving on to the next issue—since I was initially satisfied and there was still a promotion, I ordered another set. Later, I realized I had ordered the wrong set, so I placed a new order for the one I actually wanted and tried to cancel the incorrect one. Even though I wanted to cancel the order right after placing it, they told me there was no option to cancel and that I would have to return it instead. I ended up returning both orders and, to my disappointment, I had to pay the shipping fee for the return myself.

They showed no understanding or willingness to help. I don’t remember ever having to pay for return shipping with any other company I’ve shopped from before. I think it’s very disappointing to experience such issues with products from such a valuable and famous artist. Thank you.

I found the products to have similar results compared to other similarly priced facial creams/serums in that there isn't much difference even after 90 days of use. Their customer service is the most inconvenient process I've ever experienced. The phone number doesn't work saying that you're not allowed to call the number! Their membership portal is down so you can't make changes, etc to your subscription. So, that leaves having to use the chat option (plan for at least 30 min per contact time). I also found their refund process to be dishonest. I followed the instructions for return after chatting with a representative and according to the website it says 7 business days to process a refund. I contacted customer service once again after 3 weeks had gone by since my delivery confirmation date that my products had been delivered to their facility. Miraculously, my refund is being processed now after I had to give my tracking number. Then, when I asked the rep to confirm my refund amount, it was only for 1 payment and not the 3 payments I had been previously told would be refunded once they received the products back (they send a 3-month supply but bill it monthly). So, had I not asked the refund amount during our chat would I have been refunded my full purchase price? Would I have had to chat with customer service again? Or would it have been easier just to report it to my credit card company? Now I was told it would be 3-5 business days to see my refund now that it is being processed as of today. I will be reporting it to my credit card company if it doesn’t show in my account by the 5th business day. What a hassle and so disappointing.

I've ordered J Lo face cream and face wash. The cream had an old/ somewhat rancid odor. Very cheap products, costing no more than $1 in production. Returned the package, and had to pay for return shipping, but never got my refund/ any communication from the company. Avoid!

I was a huge JLo fan, but after my experience with JLo Beauty, I'm incredibly disappointed. This company is a complete scam. The ads promised a package, but they conveniently left out the fact that you'd be signed up for a subscription. There's no straightforward way to cancel the subscription, and when you call customer service, they do everything they can to stop you from canceling, offering more promotions instead. If you insist on canceling, they hit you with an unexpected $80 balance. On top of that, if you want to return the products, you're responsible for the shipping costs. Nowhere on the website do they make this clear; customer service just tells you that you should have read the terms and conditions. The website is full of flashy promotions and images, but they expect you to dig through tiny print at the bottom of the page and navigate to another tab to find the fine print. It's deceptive and frustrating—do not trust this company!
