All good except I was cut short a pack and they promised next time I order they would include. They didn’t. But otherwise great communication as they quickly answered my other questions. A suggestion to the JM is not to send through China. Too many delays.

Hi I’m writing to inform ye all about the very poor behaviour iv faced ordering from this website it’s a disgrace I ordered the 22 of February and over two weeks later its still not here iv sent constant emails and been faced with one reply that it would be sent of last week and there was delays since then haven’t answered and at this point I just want a full refund but this company won’t reply to any of my continues emails asking for my refund

Customs clearance status updated. Note - The Customs clearance process may start while the shipment is in transit to the destination.
The parcel should be released shortly and make its way to you.

EDIT - 25/11/25 - We have tracked the shipment again today and we can see that Customs are now awaiting your acceptance of their terms for the parcel to be released.

EDIT - 26/11/25 - We have tracked this parcel again and attempted to log into the DHL site to force a delivery, however the site will not allow us to progress, as it requires the recipients mobile number to confirm an auth code to proceed. This parcel still remains with the Customs team awaiting to hear from yourself.

Its been a week since I've ordered and they don't respond to email or calls. They took my money and haven't reached out or shipped my items.
Update they reached out to me right after i wrote this review and shipped it to me super fast.

Everything went wrong from the get go. All i ever received were excuses and then silence.
Delays in shipping and now the package is stuck somewhere.
ZERO communication or replies to my emails.

No order received

No order received, no response from email - Lately they have been several fraudulent ads and this is causing many of us to not order or trust or even open up to websites. For those individuals that run a legitimate online business I am sorry that these scammers will negatively affect your bottom line.

Never received order I placed an order…

Never received order I placed an order on JMD bistro on March 15. It’s now almost 2 months later. Customer Service won’t respond. I’ve never received my order. I am going to have to file a charge back. Very irresponsible may be a scam. I never received almost $300 worth of items
