Clare Bisset helped us with our house move in December 2025 and was very responsive and helpful in explaining our options to us, helping with Help to Buy redemption (which went really smoothly because of the clear instructions she gave us), and updating our mortgage offer when rates changed. My family needed to move to a bigger house to accommodate increase in family size. We wanted to remortgage our current home and use the equity to purchase the new home. Dean was excellent to work with to get a mortgage offer completed for a BTL. Very easy to get hold of and most of all knowledgable in this area, providing various options and flexibility. He was also responsive over the Christmas period providing updates and also putting me on a better product as rates changed in the markets. I’ll definitely be using Dean again and recommending him to family and friends.

The level of service and quality provided by Jackson Mortgage Brokers was outstanding. We worked with a mortgage advisor and a protection advisor on our first mortgage application and it went really smoothly.
