First we discussed about richtruck position, qualifications, experience, expectations, salary etc,everything was good, and next day I've received this message on WhatsApp
i asked elho about you, but they told me that unfortunately the reachtruck position is filled, but they asked me if is possible for you to start as ept driver and later on they will move you to reachtruck with the better salary.

In my opinion and experience, everything flows smoothly and easily, both at work and at home.

Agency just wasting my time. 3 video interviews just to hear “ oh, this vacancy is unfortunately filled” in couple hours after speaking with someone from jobinvest. Why do you even waste people time or give them hope?

Honestly very good since the first moment. And they help you to solve all problems until they get fixed 🙂‍↕️😊

They still see me replying, asking me to talk by email, but nothing. It's very funny how this agency does nothing.

Worst employment agency so far, and look, I’ve worked with a few.

The recruiter had A2 English level at most; complicated to communicate.

Then we received a few proposals (yes, because I worked with them with a family member). We literally accepted the offers within less than 5 minutes of this recruiter sending them, just to get a “Oh sorry, my bad, this offer is no longer available.” I kid you not when I say that this exact situation happened about 3 times that I remember. Ended up with the absolute worst offer, of course!

So finally, we accepted to work at a plastic furniture company (which I’m also giving a 1-star review), just to work with other A1–A2 English-speaking team leads on a slavish, robotic, nonsense pace and expectations, unrealistic targets, and trashy culture.

Housing is also terrible: houses of 8 people with only 1 toilet; also buildings that were supposed to be schools or medical centers/offices, turned into living accommodations full of crackheads; tiny rooms for 2 persons.

I can continue forever, though impressively a colleague in my latest and current job told me that JobInvest is good when you apply with them as a local, not a flex international worker in need of housing. That way, you get the proper good offers (I doubt it, though).

So I worked with them for about 6 weeks or 2 months, in 2 different companies, got fired for no reason. They tried to kick me out of the room with less than 3 days to prepare myself (everybody is literally entitled by Dutch Civil Law to be notified and given at least 1 month to leave a living accommodation), but they had to suck it since I stayed for 3 weeks.

Hey, it’s been over a year since I ended working with you guys, but gotta be honest: you suck bad.

Hope you get serious, or at least close this joke of an agency.

Een schande voor de uitzendbranche. Echt slecht werkgeverschap. Mensen uit het buitenland halen en niet meer voor zorgen als het lastig wordt.

Recruitment verloopt prettig, daarna begint het.
Bij vragen over vage inhoudingen op loonstrookje vlieg je ineens eruit zonder waarschuwing of duidelijke reden. Intimideren en mensen niet informeren over hun rechten, plichten of mogelijkheden in Nederland is ze ook niet vreemd.

I applied through a polish agency who directed me to them for a "supposed" position in McDonald's. The recruiter Larissa said she'd call me once and then she didn't but called me the next day without letting me know, they basically expect you to expect over your phone the whole time cause they're never typical. The most important thing is that when we had the video call I asked her if they had specific demands regarding the arrival time like some agencies do and she said no and that if I come between 9-4 that they'd be able to pick me up from the airport WITHOUT mentioning anything else and that I'd have to wait one week before I start working so I can arrange the documents which normally take a day and that she couldn't guarantee me a job next week if I decided to come the next day. The next day after having checked the flights when I asked for clarification she told me that she was very clear about the information because she has everything in a specific way in her mind and if I arrived after 4 I would have to go to a hotel and that there's nothing they could do as they only work until 4 which WASN'T mentioned when I asked her the day before that I wouldn't be able to get the key at all if I came by myself to the accommodation basically trying to gaslight me as if I don't remember what I asked on the day before. What kind of accommodation doesn't have another employee working there? Even Airbnb has self check in these days so imagine how that looks when we're talking about a regular staff accommodation and not an Airbnb or something. Plus she didn't provide me with all the pictures of the accommodation including the bathroom. Then I proceeded on checking their reviews online and saw people complaing about late payments, withelding money and even thefts and inconsiderate drunkards in poor living conditions which I wasn't informed about, even one person claimed that they were thrown out without having a job at McDonald's as they got promised because apparently the company didn't allow tattoos which I also wasn't informed about and the very fact that they don't let you get in touch with your "supposed" employer before and they just expect you to travel to another country just like that and live under these conditions with 15 more people in the same condo is simply alarming which is why I've decided not to go along with their offer because I was looking for a serious professional agency who won't get mixed up in my payslip and have the same problems as the other people in the reviews. They also charge an extremely high amount for an accommodation which is in this condition. It's like they expect third world country slaves to live there. I don't recommend this agency and it's extremely important to take the reviews into consideration in order to save yourself from some trouble especially when they are so many.

Don't pay in time, brake many rules from government. Smart people get fired, criminal and Poland they love. I just said I gona report them and I got fired with no warning, officially 3 warning but they just lied about me what I do I fired. Don't worry, I remember everything and u will get big officially problems.

Serious company, they provide accommodation and work very efficiently. I am very grateful to the staff, especially Larissa who is always willing to help me in whatever I need. 100% recommended!

Medio december 2023 werd ik per email via Indeed benaderd door Sarah. Het ging om een functie van medewerker klantenservice bij Sligro Distributiecentrum in Maastricht. Snel daarna hadden Sarah en ik een videogesprek van een uur. Sarah herschreef mijn cv en dit legde zij voor aan de manager klantenservice. 27 December had ik een sollicitatiegesprek en een dag later vernam ik al dat ik ben aangenomen! Sarah heeft mij goed begeleid en zij zorgde ervoor dat ik vandaag mijn contract kon tekenen.

Ben door hun benaderd voor n customer care medewerkster functie heb eerst n heel leuk en relaxte,en vooral gemoedelijke videocall gehad van n uur en er werd daarna n sollicitatie afspraak gemaakt op t bedrijf waar ik zal komen te werken kon met alle vragen bij hun terecht en ben supergoed geholpen door Sarah ben aangenomen en ga er 5 dec beginnen mede dankzij haar bemiddeling toppie😘bedankt nogmaals
