Pay wall after a 40-minute test, misleading
The test cost money and there was no warning of it before (only a paywall after the 40 minute long test and collecting personal information), so it was a waste of time, with a fake loading screen to make you watch a video of a woman trying to sell you coaching, do not do this if you want free help.

Landed a great new job
I worked with Coach Christine Allen this summer, as I found myself at a crossroads in my career. She asked great questions and assigned exercises that really got me thinking about what I want to do next. Outstanding job coach for career pivots
I began working with Julie Williams in March 2025 as I transitioned from nearly 20 years in federal service to the private sector. From day one, she was the right fit. Julie answered every question, brought structure to my job research, worked with me (Marlo did too) to update my resume, and ran focused interview prep. We met every other week for five months, which kept me accountable, and she was flexible shifting sessions when interviews popped up so I could be ready.
Her market insight is spot-on. More than once, the exact questions we practiced showed up word-for-word in my interviews, and the advice she gave me echoed what hiring managers said. When I received an offer, she guided me through the counteroffer process and helped me secure stronger terms.

I really enjoy the collaborative nature of the sessions. My coach is Christine Allen. She presents new and relevant ideas for consideration and incorporation into my job search, helping improve both my resume and my LinkedIn profile. Detailed and worth it!
A bit time consuming, but worth it. I'm currently looking to make a career change and I thought these questions definitely got me thinking deeper. Since I'm looking to make such a radical change, I appreciated the in depth questions. It even gave me mock examples of jobs I aligned with to gauge my interest level and match me up accordingly. I fully plan on using them for career coaching, as well. 5-stars, would 100% recommend.
