The store was very helpful in finding me the right sized washing machine to fit my space. Delivery, unpacking, disconnecting, connecting, testing and removal of old washing machine went without a hitch. The 2 young delivery men were very professional with the way they handled it all.

The process from choosing the appliance to delivery it was smooth and trouble free. They were the only company who agreed to help me in my situation as I live in a block of two apartments with no lift and since my apartment is on 2nd floor other companies refused to deliver but this company said it’s not a problem and they did it without hassle. The delivery guys were great, professional and friendly.

It was a great experience from start to finish, very helpful staff, understood what I needed. Delivery was on time very polite delivery man, very respectful.

I was able to phone and purchase my washing machine over the phone which I had picked from your website the night before. This was a big help as I had plans which I had to keep and this saved time for me not having to travel to the show room.

I was really impressed with the assistance from Adrian on my first visit to your showroom. When I returned the last week to get a quote/invoice on my choice of fridge it was done straight away. Payment was made later in the week and on Monday my fridge was delivered and installed, instructions given and guarantee explained. All round an easy and very pleasant experience.
