We needed to replace our 25 year old integrated fridge. I spoke to Joe and he did some research to make sure I got the correct fitting replacement as integrated fridges on a sliding hinge are rarer these days. Delivery driver Adam was friendly and courteous and went beyond in replacing a broken cupboard hinge and cleaned up the area before installing the new fridge. Really happy. Highly recommend

When I was purchasing online I had issues with the transaction, the agent on chat was very helpful and polite when I contacted them a few times, and helped resolve the purchase issue.
Delivery was very swift, the next day in fact, which was a big rescue to me as I had just moved into a new council flat with no white goods, so I didn't have to eat rubbish food for too long.
Delivery person was polite, and amiable, worked hard and efficiently.

Excellent customer service from a trusted family business. Same price as AO and other big guys with the added bonus of personal service, hence no brainer really. We all need to try to support small family businesses. Use it or lose it!

ITEM, GOOD VALUE AND LOOK GOOD. ENGINEER COULD HAVE MORE CUSTOMER FOCUSED (DID NOT RING TO SAY THAT HE WAS RUNNING LATE/ARRIVAL TIME). INSTALLATION OF THE ITEM WAS VERY QUICK AND CHAIN ATTACHMENT OF COOK WAS NOT COMPLETED AND GAS CHECK WAS NOT COMPREHENSIVE . THIS NOTE IS BASED ON PREVIOUS INSTALLATION BY OTHER ENGINEERS.

Staff in store were really helpful & friendly, go over and above, and everything was sorted really quickly and easily. Installers arrived on time, were very friendly also and did a really good and efficient job! Would definitely recommend!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and I personally won't be going anywhere else.
I was very unsure what to order, and felt a bit overwhelmed. I wanted a new dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen sink with tap.
Chris was so helpful and helped me choose a matching dishwasher and washing machine and emailed me so we could work out the correct dimensions for the sink.
Delivery and fitting of the white goods went incredibly smoothly and they have given me details of someone who is coming to fit my sink next week.
Chris really did go out of his way to help me and everyone at joe Grahams has been a pleasure to deal with.
So different from any other company I tried.
