We went with jwt on the 3d of September till the 8th stayed with hotel solitude. Food was a disaster a few people had upset stomachs from it very rude restaurant staff. The jet reps were useless except for Joan who is always smiling and Patrick our walking tour guide. No trip to bartreis very disappointed we asked about the poor city tour we were told to get a local bus which we did with no guide. Our flight home was cancelled so back for another night at the solitude. No refreshments were given out dreadful service as there was a lot of elderly men and women who could have done with a cup of tea and a sandwich we felt we were actually forgotten about. We paid huge money for this trip not expecting we would have to eat out which cost a small fortune.

My experience in Lourdes for the past 2 years have been amazing. It was all down to Joan your rep. She is one of these people who make you feel so welcome with her personality, her smile & her humour. We were always her priority and nothing was too much trouble. We prayed laughed sang together & loved every minute of it. Thank you so much Joan for everything. Can't imagine going to Lourdes with any other rep. Well done JWT.

Tours . Would highly recommend.Everything went perfect. Transfers well organized. Hotel Alba in Lourdes was excellent . Food and staff were first class .Had plenty events to go and were very spiritual . I loved everything about my five nights but what made it all was Joan our JWT representative .Such a friendly helpful and informative rep .She was so good with everyone and also had a beautiful singing voice . Thanks Joan .
